Credit Card Services, I told them I was on no call list, and would be turning them into the Attorney General's office, and was told, "that's your dream" mutiple times!

I told them that my number was on the National Do Not Call list and the operator's reply was "Congratulations." Then I told them to remove my number from their list and was told they can't, and if I wanted to stop receiving their calls I should stop using my phone. I asked for a supervisor and got told off.

I answered the phone, no response, then a hang up. I called the number and got the "This number is no longer in service. " what's up with that? Annoying.

they just called me a monkey and a dumb ass, said they had to try and make the monkey understand that honey was sweet.

I don't understand why the phone companies are allowed to let these [***] spoof their phone numbers. I think we need to start contacting our Attorney General and Governor's offices to complain about spoofed numbers; maybe even your Congressman.  The FCC doesn't allow spoofing if will cause harm but rude, obnoxious sales people stress me out so that would cause me harm. This crap is offered online and needs to be outlawed. If anyone has to spoof their number, they are obviously up to no good.

I don't answer calls (from caller I.D.) that I don't know.....didn't leave msg. I am on DO NOT CALL LIST.................what good is it!

Please be aware of whom you choose to do business with and respond to.

This company may not actually be a valid company and may just be phishing for personal and financial information for ID theft.

Do not ever give your name or any other personal information to this or any other unknown caller, especially some unknown company or caller asking for personal or credit card information.

These clowns call me all the time.  I wish  there was some way to close them down.

I got the same credit card scam and was told to change my number.WHY IS IT THAT WE CAN NOT GET CALLS LIKE THIS BLOCKED...IS THERE NOT A LAW WE CAN USE.

Maybe we all just need to send all our cards back to the CC companies then they will do something about it.

Rude people.  They called and ID said "Name Unavailable", so I didn't answer.  Then when the machine picked up, they yelled "Hey (my name), pick up, it's me, c'mon, I gotta tell you something".  They should be reported to authorities.

They seem to not care, and we (govt) is paying a bureau to stop annoying calls, another govt created department that can't do their job and get these screwballs in jail..

Something can be done. We need to out smart them and catch these thieves. Play along, get the law involved and work together to end theft by deception. Above all do not give birthday, S.S.# or account numbers unless calls are tapped by police. Once they find themselves paying big fines and/or in jail, they may have wished they had worked for a living.

Just got one of these calls.  I have a phone that shows and announces the number so I don't even have to run to the phone to see who it is (wife is blind, too, so she can get ID info as well).  I figure if it's not important enough to have an ID other than "unknown caller" or "name not found," plus not important enough to leave a message, it's not important enough for me to answer in the first place.
