Didn't respond to my answer.

Got a call at 11:45am. Pertained to lowering interest rate on credit card. It was my last notice. Never got a 1st notice??
Very pushy person on the other end with Eastern accent. Humm....

Called my cell,  left no message. I  don't answer unknown numbers.

Answered call, automated message claimed to be able to lower interest rates for my credit card. That forwarded my call to someone who wanted information regarding said cards. Caller had thick accent, poor call quality and, was unable to give satisfactory verification of who they are or why they  needed the information. I suspected phishing and canceled the card promptly

The voice was automated and didn't even say which credit of mine they were talking about.

Called me, I didn't answer, they left no msg. Don't know em so they're now blocked forever.

Got a call from this phone number, the automated message said I should consider this attempt my last notice to receive a lower interest rate on my credit card... Asked to press 1 to talk to a someone. The connection was horrible and the speaker had a strange accent. Did not seem legit.

Called left no message

Called to notify me of last chance to lower my intrest rate on credit card. They new my info. Poor call quality.  I hung up called my credit card company and they verified it was a scam and that it shouldn't cost money to lower your intrest rate.

I received a call with an automated message about lowering my cc interest rate... I don't own a credit card.

Did not answer - no name given. Glad I found this site-others say it may be scam / phishing

Called and left no message.  My Number is on Federal Do Not Call list so likely a out of country scam artist

Got the same call with the same crap except I played around a little bit with them since i have no balances on any card i knew right away something not right.  They act weird when you ask them what their address, social security # and any other personal info.

Called and left no message. I have recently had my Credit Card Number from Cap One swiped twice in 30 days, so after seeing this message board, I am wondering if there is a correlation? Death Penalty or long Prison Sentences for people who steal identities and credit card info should solve this problem. Credit Card companies don't seem to care one way or the other.

Do away with them all!!!!

Called my Cell Phone on the National Do-not-call list!

Same lower interest on credit card scam.  They called a second number I have but never use.  That's proof this is not legit.  I'm adding their # to my call blocker.

Called 3 times on my cell, call dropped all three times. War dialed the number back until it rang. It rang for 3 minutes until the call fell out of the system with an "error tone". Did this for the next 20 minutes. Interrupted call flow fairly consistently. Apparently a single line operation out of some back room somewhere.

Think I'll start answering unknown numbers with "FBI Fraud Division, T. O. Morrow speaking, how can I help you?"

Bet that gets hung up on real quick..

got message about lower interest rates unfortunately they are wrong! I dont have a loan or a credit card! Scam!!!
