Why are you calling me?

Called, rang once, I answered, dead line.

Telemarketer offering 10 free home wireless security systems in the area.  

"We" are not calling you. This is a Message Board where you post comments.

This is some kind of third party auto warranty company. They call unsolicited and ignore everything you say about not needing an extended warranty. I just hung up and blocked them. Spam.

Got a very strange phone call from this number today... It was a recording that said you owe 5,000$ goodbye and hangs up and then when I call back after one ring it just says "Bye" and click hangs up... Needless to say I'm a little freaked out

Asked about an extended Warranty for a vehicle that i have not sold 2 yrs ago. I kinda had to butt in as he was telling his story.

Awkward pause/dropped signal at the very beginning, then got a "This is Jason (blahblah) last reminder to take advantage of your vehicle warrant--" then I hung up.

I got a call from this person

I got the same "giving you one last chance to extend your expired car warranty".  Then I asked him which car he was calling about!  He hung up.  Is life that tough for these scum that they can't find a real job?

Some person kept saying "Hey"....

I didn't answer. No Voice-mail. I called back and got "Good bye"

Same thing here.  I called back and got "Good bye" and then the call ended.

Some monkey called me. Said he wanted to wear a sun dress and fix me breakfast. Said I could leave him buddup with a flower in it? What the heck is that?

Play is safe and DO NOT respond to callers who say you owe money (unless you know the caller).  Scammers call stating that they are from the IRS, Law Enforcement or Superior Courts and say you owe money for unpaid taxes, traffic tickets or you are being fined for missing Jury Duty (respectively).  They ask for payment in the form of Green Dots cards (like a gift card), send you off to purchase these cards and call back for the numbers.  So many people fall for these scams (out of fear I suppose), but none of these agencies will call to collect payment; they send written notifications with clear contact information and you decide how to make payment.  I think it's best to ignore these kinds of calls, but if they do connect with you, please think carefully, analyzed the situation, check and double check - DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY,

My caller ID read Beverly Hills, CA. I let it go left no message.

It says hi then hangs up
