this is a  low end debt collector from Malibu Ca.

They are calling me and telling me they are the police and that I hve a lawsuit against me.They have all my info,bank, social,work and said they will come to my house and arrest me.They dont speak good english and they keep saying they will call my work and ruin my life.Please stop the harssing phone calls.

they keep calling my work and my manager and assistant manager told them this is my job and for them to stop calling and they say they will keep calling and that they was going to come to my job and arrest me and they call 30 to 40 times a day and this is now harrassment that they are doing to me on my job and if i loose my job because of them i will take them to court.

Yes that's what the message said to do to get end the "TEXT" messages. Been receiving them since I was SCAMMED for a Starbucks AD via Facebook... and I reported them to Facebook as well

Correct, it most likely is a scam, I received harassing calls from this # after applying online for a loan. Explains how they got my information. They threatened to take me to court unless I settled. Expecting it to be a scam, I preferred to take it to court. I simply looked up an attorneys name in my area, then called them back. When I did this they "admitted" that there had been a mistake in the "submission" of my name and that they would not bother me or call my job again, and that they were sooo sorry. Once you call them back by name, they back down and button up. The last thing they want is to actually get pulled in to a court of law. They count on you being terrified into paying them money by using terms such as ( attorney, officer, judge, criminal investigator )

1. Tip,,do they have an all American name but can barely speak English? SCAM
3. Do they claim to be an "officer" for some crime investigation unit?  SCAM
2. Call them back, ask them for every bit of legal information that you can think of, court location, representing attorney, case#, etc. Likely, they can provide none of this.  SCAM

Called explaining that I had applied for a loan online and the money had been deposited into my account (it was not). I called back asked for the name of his company and explained that i owed him nothing, he then got attitude with me saying "If I don't owe anything then why did I call him back".

This phone number (along with a whole bunch of numbers, all with non-english accents) have been calling my husband for months. We reported it to our police department and they basically said theres nothing they can do at the momment cause they cant trace the number back to a certain person or group. they change their number and area codes every time they are caught.

they told my husband they would go to his work or send a supena (spelling? court order) to his work the following monday..And nothing ever came or showed up. Its all BS.  but it is harrasement and it does suck to get these phone calls alll the time. They have yelled and cussed at my husband..and they answer the phone with "Hello"  So obviosly they are not working for a debt collector since they are not professional AT ALL.

I hope we are all able to get free from these calls. With my husband it has been going on for months and every week its a different number and area code. Hopefully these people will be caught eventually.

All we can do is make police reports untill they are caught.

This non English speaking individual is calling my phone number and harassing me about some law suite that does exist or appear anywhere on the internet.  I think my personal information may have been comprised so watch yourself people.  Calls are coming from California, says Michael Anderson with an India (Indian) accent so thick you can cut grass with it.  He also will not give you the name of the agency he is calling from so don't fall for this scam.  Don't confirm any information he says he has even if it is your information.

I called them back after reading about several other peoples' experiences with this company. They gave me their address, whether it is correct or not, and I asked to speak with someone who spoke better english and they told me there is no American in the building (notice the name of the company). He also told me that he was the owner of the company. When I proceeded to tell them that I knew it was a scam, he decided to curse at me. I called back several time, each time a different person answered. The last one also told me that he was the manager and when I told him I wanted his social security number, he told me to hang on his testicles. Yea, these guys are so legit. Hey get a whistle or one of those horns and blow there ears out.I have had enough of these no speaking english people.I did apply for a pay day loan for some credits for myspace.Thats how they got my info.After all Im american I dont have dump ass tattooed on my forehead.I call them back from a different phone ,boy they dont like that.Now I can mess with them.
