This number calls my house at least 5 times a day...

Credit One.  

It's credit one bank.  if you have an account with them, they're either letting you know you missed a payment or want you to pay to have credit limit upped.  if you block the number, they just call from a different location. www.creditonebank.com

It's NOT Capital One, it's Credit One Bank.  Perhaps you have a credit card with them or whomever had your phone number before you had the card.  I get the calls and I have no interaction with the company and when they swore I did, I asked them to send me a copy of the SIGNED application where I applied for credit with them and what do you know....the calls stopped!!!
