They keep calling saying that I contacted them 6 months ago and they are checking back with me to do home improvements that I never asked for. They call every other day. Yes, I'm on the do not call list.

310-365-7489 is a fake, spoofed number. The people calling you are listed below.
You can sue them for violating the TCPA for $500 per violation, $1,500 if you can prove they knowingly violated the law.. It is easy and cheap using small claims court.

Other names associated with Gold Remodeling are Elias Amir, Kohen Amir, Blum Yehoshua Yochai, Shitrit Ronen, Mizrahi Shabtai and Turgeman Yoni Zion. According to California State contractor's licensing board, the Responisble managing officer for NR Construction us Nir Liani.
