I get a call from this number probably once a week atleast and there is never anyone there.  They won't stop calling...

Yeah, these [***] keep calling my cellphone and running up my minutes.

They keep calling my husband, too.  No messages, but every day for the past week.

Called twice today with no one there.

I got a call from this number today and yesterday. It just hang up when i pick up the call.

They are calling me constantly and will not stop.

Yea,same with me- calling my cellphone about every other day since start of February 08.I wish they stop calling.

I got a call from them, but didn't pick up since I was at work. I decided to search on Google about the number and everyone keeps saying it's IBD. I remember receiving their newspaper a couple months back and every so often I get calls from them. I decided to search their website and they have contact information located here: http://www.investors.com/contact/

I'm wondering if there is someone that can be spoken to about these annoying calls. If I get another one I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens.

Periodically over the past couple of years i have been getting this call. I never answer cause I don't recognize it.

IBD's business practices are highly questionable.  I've had invoicing issues with them as well in the past.  They are very "sneeky", bordering on "illegal".  I will NEVER buy their paper -- or any of their products again.

I gotten at least two calls a day for the last several days.  There is no one on the other end when I answer the phone.  They hear my voice and then hang up.

i keep getting calls, pretty much once a day, sometimes twice. now that people mention it's Investor's Business Daily, for some reason they have been delivering to my house. i didn't sign up for it or anything so what the [***]

Maybe twice a week I get a call from this number. When I answer no one responds.  What's the point?

i just got this call about 10seconds ago. i googled the number as my cell phone was ringing. I do remember signing up for their 2week trial for their newspaper. It's not a bad paper if you're an active stock market/economy/whatever person. I'd figure if you're getting calls on your cell, you (or someone you know/knew) either entered the cell number as your contact number or your cell phone number is someone else's recycled cell phone number, in which the previous owner of the number used the number as contact. So, it doesn't surprise me much that most of the calls are coming on cell phone numbers. Not many people use their home number these days as their "day" contact number.

Anyway, not to promote the business, but rather just informing.

In regards to the caller hanging up... maybe they're trying to run up your cell phone bill since you don't buy from them??? Maybe we should start calling them and hanging up! haha! Of course if we have to wait and be placed on hold until the next representative is available... my idea is dead.

I just got the call and googling found this link... Looks like they are giving missed/blank calls so that when we call back, they ask us our name and mobile number, so that they will put it in the donot call list. All are automated and ask you to leave the message. Comeon... nice trick to get name/phone database... ;).

I've received 5 calls on my cell phone and I've never picked it up. I hate the waste of energy and time it is taking out of my day. I'm on the do not call list  so what they are doing is illegal.
