Number says "City of Santa Marie" on caller ID but they miscreant hangs up.  Vulgar excuse for a telemaketer.

This number continues to call me even though I am on a no call list.  Can't something be done to eliminate these annoying calls?

This is a group of perverts that get their rocks off making harassing phone calls. They sit around naked waiting for you to respond to their calls by verbally abusing them. These people are very sick!!!! They have a bunch of these numbers, and they keep morfing to stay ahead of the law. They seem to pray on invalids and old people. These perverts are really some of the sickest ever hatched.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. Who and what are they calling about?

They're not looking to get their rocks off.
They're looking to get money from your credit card or whatever they can steal.
They try to lure you in with talk of lowering your interest rate.
If you talk to them, don't give them your real credit card number.  Make something up and string them along until you run out of time and patience or until they catch on and hang up on you.
But whatever you do, don't give them any real information about you!
