called and no message

Picked up and no one was there...

This number called me about a half hour ago. I answered and believed it was a recording.  The recording gave a name (I do not remember it) and claimed to be from my credit card company (but did not mention my credit card name).  The recording said I was eligible for a reduced interest rate in my credit card and this was my final notice.  It said to click "1" to speak with a live representative or "2" to stop receiving further notifications.  I hung up and have blocked the number because it sounded like scam.

Called and left no message.
