They just called me, I tried it back, said it was a survey company.

saying it is a survey is the new telemarketing scam.

Just got a call/hangup. Behavior reminds me of a previous Enterprise Rent-A-Car call. Rented a car from them recently. They said somebody'd be calling.

I got a call from them today as well, and also just recently rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
And dialing 310-692-4961 back gets me the same Merits Research BS voice message!
But if they're truly a survey company, why does Caller ID show them as "Enterprise"?
Btw, apparently you can call 1-800-864-8601 to get on their "Do not call" list.

I received three calls from this number and they never leave a voice mail message.  I am glad that I googled this number.  I figured it was either a survey company or a voter solicitation.  I am not going to waste my time calling back.  If they call again and I answer I will tell them that I am going to report them to the authorities.

It's a company that Enterprise uses to get customer satisfaction feedback.  

Answer the call, tell them whether you had a good or bad experience with your rental, they will stop calling.

"Going to report them to the authorities". Are you kidding me?  You think it's illegal to make a phone call now?  I'll bet all of you thinking like this are the same ones who scream about "Government interference".  Well the "do not call" list is government interference at it's finest.  Think about it.

Wow - it IS Enterprise....I just rented a car from them.

Just returned a rental with Enterprise and got a call from this number. It was odd because they said: "Oh, sorry, wrong number." But it just felt wrong. So I did a Google on the number and found this site. Hmmmmm, something's fishy here.

I didn't answer the phone and they left no message, but the caller ID did say "Enterprise" and I just rented a car from them this past weekend, so no doubt, it was a customer satisfaction survey.

Must be Enterprise, as I rented a car from them recently.  I don't mind providing customer feedback, so too bad I missed the call.  Anyway, glad this search is availalbe to help figure out these mystery calls.

Annoying , they call and don't talk AND you  call back and it goes into the black hole. It been happening to me for 3 days!!!
