I got a call from them at my home and work number.  When I called back they said that they were from National Processing.  I believe they are a collection agency but they are using illegal collection practices.  I can't find any info on them except that the phone number is located in Culver City CA.  If anyone knows how to get in touch with them please post your experience.

This company is fraudulent. Do not pay them. Go to the police. I am working with the police now on trying to shut these people down. The phone number they call you from is a CA based cell phone and they are operating in TX. The guys name is David Fletcher and he ofter forgets his own name and calls himself Ryan Fletcher. It is always the same and only guy that calls with a very heavy accent. I have called them at all times of the day and night with the same guy ALWAYS answering the phone. If you ask them to send you paperwork on your alleged debt, they say they don't have it and to go back to the time when you originally got the loan and look for the paperwork. As my police department has told me, "Everyone has the right to be given proof that they owe money." This company threatens you and states that you will be arrested and have a affidavit filed against you if you don't pay them the same day. This is a bunch of crap. They must prove the debt and allow you a reasonable amount of time to pay it back. They can also come to the city in which you live and take you to court if it is legitimate. Beware of these people and seriously go to the police so we can shut them down!

Thanks for the information.  I wanted a fax or address so that I can send them a debt validation letter and a cease and desist letter.  I will also file a complaint with the FTC and FCC about them.  The Better Business Bureau doesn't even have any listing for them.  I knew they were bogus but I wanted to stop them calling me especially at work.

Thank you for the information.I reeived a call from this number today and was told the same thing! I was told that they could not provide me with any contact information nor could they provide me with proff that I owe money to an online payday advance company. I will be taking your advice and filing all complaints.

This companies fax number is 949-743-8902. Please do file complaints and threaten them back as they have us! Good Luck to everyone.
