This guy calls my cell phone and tells me his name is Officer Brian.  He actually left me a message telling me they are trying to help me because I am being charged with some type of fraud.  It may be fraud on the internet or on the phone and then they try to verify my social security number.  I hung up on this guy.  Also they answered the phone by saying "Hello" not a business name.  I am not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

He call my dad friend siad that had to get this massages to him that if didnt get him to call this guy that there was going to be a worent out for his arrest and if he didnt pay this guy that he could sit 6 months in jail. The guy has a actsent and cannot spack english that will and these people are very rude on the phone and he told my dad friend that she counld get in trouble too and go to court.

They just called me.  "If you do not call back then only G_d can help you"

This guy sounded like a China man with broken English Language called my cell cell phone yesterday and alleged that I was being charged with Fraud when in fact he had all of my personal information. He made all sorts of legal threats, so I hung up on him (after he said I could not avoid the call), he called nack and left this number to contact him 310.775.9069. First all there you must be served with a summons before any legal/pending legal matter can be brought against you without such your rights are being violated. Second of all no one is or can call you to tell you about a case against you, you must receive notice in writting regarding any outstanding legal case. I contacted my local AG's office, filed a complaint with the Federal Fraud Beauru and notified all three credit reporting agencies as to possible fraud that may occur as a result of this incident. BE WARE China Men are no bodies officers! Especially not for the United States anything!

got a call from this company saying i was being charged with internet fraud and that i had taking out a pay day loan and closed my accounts and not paid it back. i called the number back and they answered the phone hello..They had all my personal infomation..i called the back and i called an attorney..these people are crooks..they said they represent a place called midland marketing

This man called me, he had a heavy accent. He told me his name was Kevin Johnson with the United State Legal Investigation Unit. He told me that I was being charged with check fraud and that an officer was on the way to get me. He then stated if I wanted to get out of this before they file the lawsuit against me I could pay "restitation out of code prosecution fees"(there is no such code) in the amount of 640.00.  Needless to say this is a scam.  They said that they represent a company called midland marketing.  Be careful, call the police!!!!!

This guy call me and say that his name was Lash Arlington and say that he was a United state Legal Investigation Unit and told me that I did a loan in the internet and that I owe them $970 in payment.  He also say that he will call the police and arrest me within 2 to 3 hours and so I have just call the police and hopefully the police will give me a call back soon.

this guy left me a voicemail stating that i am in some legal trouble i turned this over to my attorney and they are working hard on trying to find this person. be careful you guys he will get caught

Called my friend and I was being charged w/ loan fraud. I called back he answered the phone, how can I help you. I told him he called me and I waited a minute. He didn't say anything. So I hung up.

I got a call at my place of work from a 310-775-9069 number and they had left a message with a co-worker that i would be arrested on federal banking fraud and ss# fraud and theft by diseption. So after making me look bad at my work i had called him back they answered the phone "Hello" then got real quiet. I asked to speak with ERIC JOHNSON they had no one by that name so they put me on hold. After holding for awhile they came back on and got real smart yelling at me with there horrible english. Everytime i asked for info they told me i am here to help you pay this amount of $740. When i agree to pay that amount they got real nice. They wanted me to fax them my credit card # plus the security code on the back of my card DOB and my SS#. So get them off my back i said ok. The fax # was 914-462-3657. I  dont know what i should do????

t.cutwright..dont give this company any info not only will they take the 740.00 they will come back and take more money..never never give out your info.also its against the law for a collection agency to say to you that your going to be arrested.

These guys called me at my work, I hung up on the guy but before I did that I wrote down his number and name "Jimmy Carter"... LOL  I had a few of my co-workers call him back and prank call him...we had those fools on the phone for like an hour giving them false information and #'s...I am pretty sure they got a bit frustrated with all of us...they hung up on us a few times..LOL...lets see if they call me back. LOL

I just called 310-775-9069 back and basically told them to never dial my phone # ever again, and that they could get in a ton of trouble for misrepresenting the united states government.  I also told them that should I see their number on my caller id, or should I have a message from them that I would file harassment charges against whatever bogus company they had going.  I didn't give him any chance to talk other than to repeat my numbers down that they will NOT be calling again.

I got this call today from some foreigner with a heavy heavy accent with bad English saying to I was in some kind of legal trouble with check fraud/internet fraud in the amount of $805. He stated that he was calling from the US State Legal Investigation and verified my address and last 4 digits of my social security number.  I was a little worried at this point since they had this much information on me already.  They were stating that I had a bank account with JP Morgan Chase Bank and this money was deposited into my account and I didn't pay the money I was loaned back.  I told him right away that I've never had a checking account with JP Morgan bank(which I shouldn't have done in the first place).  He then went out to say how I'd be summoned to court and what the charges that were against me.  I told him that I've never taken out a loan and wouldn't over the internet for starters and asked him some information about the loan which he was reluctant to tell me.  I told him I wasn't paying anything until I had the information that I needed.  He told he that he wasn't authorized to pay this information.  I told him what makes him think anybody is going to just hand over $805 without any information??  I told him that since he had my address to send me the information and take a look at it with my attorney and hung up!  SO CUTWRIGHT!!!---PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, IF THEY CAN'T GIVE U ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOAN AND ITS CREDITOR THEN ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

this same person called me and said the same thing i he said i took out a payday loan which i alreay paid the full balance this guy had my ss# everything told me that if i didnt give him 1500 i would be locked up in 2 hours im still wating lol so anyways i call back tell him that i would love to go to court to fight these charges he tells me that with the lawyer expenses it would be crazy i tell him dont worry about that being that my mom a lawyer he hangs up , my mom calls him to find out what court she figured it is a scam i went to the police put a freeze on my ss# and i reported it to the bbc

Not only does this phone number call me every half hour, but when I called back, I was threatened with arrest and prosecution unless I sent a payment of $800 to them.

When I asked to talk to "Eric"'s superior, I'm pretty sure it was the same guy.  However, I'm concerned that if he got my information from some kind of loan application, that he could debit money from my account.  Any ideas?

Is there a place we can report these crooks?  I'm ready to file harassment charges against them.

so this guy calls me at work and tells me I am being sued for fraud for a online loan I received in November of last year. I tell him I have done several loans online but they are all paid off or in good standing. He gave me a call back number of 310-775-9069 and a case number. Thinking I may have overlooked something I asked him the amount of the loan. He told me that the balance was 435 dollars. I asked him the original amount of the loan and the day it was allegedly deposited. He then proceeded to tell me all kinds of personal information such as my social security # bank account number and routing number then listed two of my "references" and their phone numbers. He started asking me
more questions I told him "I have your number and I will not discuss anything further until I've spoken to my lawyer" and hung up on him. I called my bank and asked them to see it a deposit was made within 30 days before or after the day that he said the made the deposit...they had no record at all of a deposit of that amount from any company like that(told me it was midland marketing). So I called back they answered "how can I help you" in a very thick accent I simply said "I need the number for midland marketing". He got quiet and put me on hold a guy with an accent not nearly as thick came on and gave me 1-323-928-4377. I called it and a guy answered "how may I help you" told him who I was and wanted to know the details of the supposed loan. Told him that I have a bank statement that shows no deposit from his company and this was a fraudulent call that was made. asked him if there was a fax number that I could send him my bank statement to prove that there was no deposit and we could drop the lawsuit he gave me the number 1-914-462-3657.I came home and found this website and tried calling the 310 number but noone would answer. they did not threaten me with arrest or say anything about god but said that we can just go to court and I can fight it but I wont win. He said that even if the deposit was not made they would make it look like the deposit was made and I would lose and they had 25 attorneys. I'm just afraid what they will do with all my information

They are also trying to get $735 from me for some sort of fraud. They told me that I had to get a debit card and pay with in a half an hour or someone would arrest me and I would have to pay $15,000. They said I took out a payday loan from Midland Marketing. I never took a payday loan from this company. Do not give these people any money. They are a scam!!!!
