Just got this text and had to search for info on the business and found this site instead...I already have bad credit so I know I am not pre-approved anything! Can't the Feds find out who these people are?

I got a text from 13108171482 that I was pre-approved for a Visa credit card...My husband and I are both unemployed and are filing bankrupcy becasue I have been ill for the last two years with a servere disease...cant someone please stop these people... i turned my in to the District Attorney's office

Well, from reading what everyone else wrote, I guess I will not be applying for their credit card. Why do they do that and how are they getting my cell phone number?
