I received a call 2/27/13 at 10:26 a.m. PST from Timothy Mitchell who said he was with The Design Center in Van Nuys, CA.  

When I asked him for his phone number he repeated my phone number back to me.  When I said "that is my number" he said "I thought you were asking for the phone number of the [***]" and hung up on me.

My phone number is on the Do Not Call registry and I don't appreciate telemarketers who call and insult me and then hang up.

When I tried to call back using the number that appeared on my caller ID, the number was disconnected.

they call EVERY DAY!!!!! I tried to call them back, it is a disconnected number. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

This number has now called me twice & didn't leave a message either time.  I'm also receiving calls from a couple of other numbers & it's infuriating, as we are on the Nat'l DNC list.  But what is the deterrent for them to not violate the law?  There is no punishment for these @ssholes, you can't even trace the call back to who is calling!  I did read on another site that there is a scam going around right now where they call to see if you're home and then if no one answers the phone, they will come and do a home invasion.  Not sure if this is accurate or not, but I say bring it on, beotch, I have my glock 9 & my rottweiler ready to greet you :D

this ugly man called me yesterday insulted me and hung-up right after.
When I called back the phone was out of order.

Receive call today, and when i say hello, no answer on the other end.

This @ss called my elderly mother asking for my deceased father. When she asked what he needed and what the call was about he said "shut up bi$%h" and hung up. I called the number and it is disconnected. Shame on this disgusting man!!

Lady called asking for a Mr. MYLASTNAME, I asked who was calling and she explained that they were a Solar Power Company of sorts, and they could help if I pay more then $150 in electricity. I asked if I could reach them back via a number, she said: "No, I am on the phone." The lady then said that they were a legitimate and honest company and that I could look them up on their 'online website'. I explained that I would have time later and that I might be interested, and might find the time later if there was a number I could reach them back on. The lady replied in a curt and rude tone "Well, are you interested or not?" Told her to "Well, please remove my phone number from your listings, it's that simple." At the end of my sentence she immediately hung up on me. Honest my foot, if this company is any reflection of their telemarketers, they must be complete slobs.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  When I answered the call the person on the line was laughing and then finally asked for a Mr. ? (gave first and last name and home address of relative of mine).   I was confused as to why he would have my cell #.  I told him he had the wrong # but person he is asking for is a relative and I would take a message.  He refused to give me a phone #.   I then asked for his name he replied by asking for my name.  He said he was calling on behalf of Southern California Edison.  When I asked him again for his name he became angry and yelled at me.  He continued to tell yell and say "You need to pay attention and listen to what I said the first time!!!"    I disconnected call.  I am still confused as to why he would have my phone # but ask for a relative of mine.  I called # back and number is disconnected.   This guy was very rude.

they called yesterday - I picked up the phone but I didn't answer. Then it disconnected. Caller ID says Marina del Rey, CA

received the call three times in since Sat 11/16 and then called back but the auto message said the number has been disconnected

Have been receiving calls from this number several times a day for over six months. Most of the time he or she say they are from some solar energy company. Other times they state they are a construction co and that they can do remodel work. I too have asked in everyway to stop calling to no avail. I don't answer anymore. When I call them back it also says number is disconnected. However I am now going to try and enlist help from government agency. Wish me luck, !

call early Saturday Morning (Pacific Time)... no messages

I called Verizon, they told me they could do nothing. This person is abusing the law by calling a lot of people we all should get together and file a law suit at the phone company. Since they have been informed.

12/16 8:45 PST  This # has called every day, except Sunday for the last 5 days (4 times).  Have the number blocked, but this starting to get really old.  Based on other reports, I am not even vaguely interested in what they apparently are hawking.  How to convey this?

12/21 9:28 PST  These creeps have called every day since my last report, usually between 8 and 9 AM.  Have reported the number to the FCC, but have no clue whether or not it will make any difference.  Since I have blocked the number it only rings once on my end, but would be very pleased to have it stop entirely.

12/26 8:14 PST Calls every day between 8 and 9 AM, except yesterday (Christmas)  Have reported number to FCC, but don't think anything  will be done to shut whoever this is down.  Think it is robo on a timer and really feel like my number has been targeted for some reason.  Am I paranoid?  I keep reporting calls on 800notes.

Have had several calls from it,I think it's a construction scam

i get so many of these calls and if i don't recognize the # on caller i d i let it go to voice and some stupid man always says hello hello but never leaves a message so i never answer calls i don't know they are all a bunch of idiots who are probably reading all of our posting and laughing but someday they will get the wrong person and then will see who laughs then
