recieved a calll a man with a middle eastern accent. he said he had a legal case agenst my name. i asked for his name and number said thanks and hung up. cant find any info on him. daniel delrosa 3108963642

I received the same sort of call today and he was very rude.  I Hung up and he started calling back to back then when I asked who he was he would not say.

I work at a law firm and a woman just called us in a complete panic. She said that a person who identified themself as an attorney at our firm called her and told her that she owes his client money for a loan she'd taken out a year ago. He said that if she didnt settle for that amount, she would be thrown in jail within the next 48 hours. She was understandably hesitant because she never took out a loan and was never involved in any law suit. He said that if she decides to pay that she should call back at this number, which is an LA area code. Our firm is in San Francisco. I called the number, verified the name of the firm and asked to speak with the attorney. When he came on the phone and identified himself, I said "that's interested because i am Mr. XX's legal assistant and I am calling you from the firm."  At that point I heard people talking in what sounded like Arabic and then the man hung up.  THIS IS A HUGE SCAM.  The woman said that they had her address and social security number. I am reporting this to the fraud department in LA and to the State Bar Association and I suggest you do the same.

I received a call as well from a Middle Eastern Man saying they were gonna take me to court for money because someone was trying to contact me regarding a loan. He began to say that they would send the information to my job and call my manager to get me in trouble. I have taken out loans but they are all done through my bank account. He said that I received a check and I never did. I told him that I would speak with the people that I got loans from and if there were no problems I would report his phone # to the police. They have not called back.

This number 310-896-3642 keep calling my job and its going to make me lose my job. And I need to sue them for stress and putting my managers and employers though this.

I feel so bad, this is wrong something should be done. These people are calling my job.

These people just called our house and spoke to my husband.  Last night they called from another number, saying that he defaulted on a payday loan last year but could not or would not give him dates as to when the loan was taken out and deposited into our account.  He called my husband a dumb ass.  My husband continued to question him about where he was located and he refused to give him that information. Little does he know, my husband knows people in the technical world and they will be investigating this issue.  I will keep you posted on any new developments and if there is anything legally we can and need to do. In the meantime, let them continue to threaten you because they are in serious violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act and that's another reason why I know that they are a bogus company.

A number of people have contacted the Brandi Law Firm saying we are calling people claiming they owe money. The number they call from is 310-896-3642. According to Intelius, this telephone number is a land line in Hermosa Beach, CA.  

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS.

Apparently these callers use the names of different employees of our firm, none of whom are involved. The calls are NOT legitimate. None of the people at the Brandi Law Firm are in any way involved in this scam.

We have reported this to the authorities and urge you to do the same.  If you get a call, Please call your local District Attorney, police, and/or FBI.  Please also report this to the FTC at (877) 382-4357.

This company keeps calling my work harassing my boss. Being very rude and demanding over something that is fraudulent. I have filed charges with local police department and phone company. This company keeps changing their number and calling back.

According to the phone company this is scam, the FBI is investigating them. At the advice of the Annoyance Call Bureau contact the FBI at IC3.gov this is an internet abuse complaint form but they said to use it anyways.

Just got a call from this number and I was told that they were with Federal Crime Investigation.  I say if it's federal the FBI would be at my door.  I have been getting calls from this number for the last two weeks.  Heavy English accent, he had already called me before under the name of Justin White from Hoffman and Associates.  I got into with him and he threatened me at my work and he also disrespected my supervisor.  I have reported him to the FTC and my Attorney Generals office.
