they told me that i'm going to jail for non payment on a loan i didn't get!  when i asked for a supervisor, just changed his voice.  he had a strong Indian accent and said he worked for the government but if i sent him $8000, it would go away.

They just called me too. Awesome.

They called me too, and they have all my information, social security etc. Sounds scary.

When I called to ask what law firm it was he said "f you, f you annesha" and hung up. I called back and told then if they contacted me again I would press charges on them for harassment.  He then said that he would find me before I found him.

Guy called from Franklin Legal Services(supposedly) claiming there was a criminal complaint filed against me for illegally receiving funds and never paying back on a loan I never received. When I called the number back, to tell him he was mistaken, and quoted a little bit of law at him, he froze up, and started stuttering, and hung up on me

I just got a call at work. They argued with my secretary. Said his name was Mark Johnson with a very thick Indian accent. Why can't these people be stopped?

They had called me before so I knew about the scam. This time I decided to f with them. I recorded the whole thing too! I pretended to be scared about going to jail and said I would pay they $6406pm to resolve it. He transferred me to somone else to collect the money, then I change my voice and said I was officer Alan cunningham and gave a badge number. The second guy hung up pretty quick. Then the first guy called me back and asked why I said they were doing something wrong. I said I knew about the scam and to f off. He then said "f you mother f'er, I will f your wife everyday". Its all just a scam, they got my number somehow and have called me from several different area codes. I have the 3 recordings of me f'ing with them and the results. A male Indian speaking guy called from Franklin Legal Services (supposedly) claiming there was a criminal complaint filed against me for illegally receiving funds and never paying back on a loan I never received. Then he quoted my whole SS#. That is what upset me! He then went on asking me for my Attorney's contact information and said they were going to send the Police to get me and I would never see my family again. i asked him how he got my SS#. I said; let me speak to your Attorney or Supervisor. They he told me that I'm going to jail for nonpayment on a loan I didn't get again! When I asked for a Supervisor again, he had a strong Indian accent and said he worked for the government but if I sent him money, it would go away. I said "No" he said they were going to come get me and I would not have to worry about anything anymore. I asked him what his name was (no reply, he just kept yelling at me. I could not understand him now. I hung up~ they keep calling me. The first time was about a month ago. I told them to send the Police and hung up on them, this time they threatened me. I have called the non-emergency policy department and they are on their way here (my place of work) for me to file a complaint. They have also called my work and let a message with my co-worker... Getting my work number off my cell message, this is also my work cell. This is very unnerving to say the least.

They did the same to me, they called my job and harrassed me and said I was being sued for money I did not owe, I want them to stop calling me. The number said it was from Malibu California

i received a voice mail from these people at my job on yesterday.  they did not leave a company name, they only said that they are looking into investigating a complaint filed under my name and that i had better not ignore their call and contact them back.  the caller had a thick Indian accent and said his name was Ryan Campbell.  i did a reverse lookup on the number and it said Malibu, CA, but no company name was provided.  i have no clue who these people are and how they got my work phone number, as that number has never appeared on my cell phone.  what can you do to stop them from calling you at work?  

I have been receiving phone calls from this company as well. I have told them that I owe no one and to stop calling me and not to contact me at my place of employment. They are using the firm name of Franklin and Associates. I told them to send me any paperwork regarding this alleged loan and they said that they could not send it. I told them that I looked up their company and it is a fraud. They put me on the phone with a Paralegal who said they would start proceedings against me and hung up. I am going to call them back and let them know that I have filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office. Also, if they continue to harass me I am going to sue them.

Called our office twice -- someone with a strong Indian accent asking for someone who's name I could not understand. I asked him his name and what company he was with, and he pretended to not understand me. Called back again and we dropped the call, and then he called back with the caller ID blocked.

They just called me on my work #.  I hung up and they just call back.  You can barely understand what he is saying..

People don't let them scare You. First of all Civil matters (Bill Collections) are not punishable by jail time. Remember O.J was found guilty in Civil Court and he couldn't be sent to Jail because it was Civil. The way to stop these people is do as I do. They call me once a month. I start off by asking them where are they calling from, the state capital they are calling from ,

he weather there etc. They get frustrated and then I tell them in profane language what they can do to themselves. They hang up on me then I try calling them as they did me. They get so frustrated that they block my number and don't call again until they change thier number. To stop them we need to get regulations for the Magic Jacks they are calling from. I will soon be starting an online petition to stop the Fuc. rs

I just got this same call saying that there were going to send someone to my job and place of employment. They recited my home and work address back to me and asked if I've ever been arrested before. WTH!!!

No, of course it isn't.

I just got another call about 10 minutes ago they called my cell twice and I did not answer because I did not recognize the #. They them called me on the direct line here at work.  The story is that I have a claim filed against my SSN and my name and I f I knew about the matter. When I replied no, and asked them to fax me a copy, they asked if I still worked at ????, and then said there should be someone here to arrest me shortly.  This is so annoying!
