Called my cell awhile ago, left no message. ID just shows Santa Monica, CA.

In my opinion - - this is a Collection Agency..

offered me a $100 dollar gift card but had to give a 4.95 shipping fee. They then swapped me over to a subscription package that had a whole ton of different offerings in which case a 1 dollar trial fee would get me 30-days of access.

I received a call from this # about 10min ago,  but as I was about to answer they had hung up. It shows that the # is from Santa Monica. I just blocked this # from my cell.

rewards department that I supposedly signed up for on a website, offered $100 gift card.  pushed [1] just to see what the call was about... was put on hold for a long time.  hate that these calls exist now.

Called my cell 12/29/14, 9:15 am. No message.

Just got this call about 1 minute ago and they hung up on me.  

They just called but only let it ring for about 3 seconds then they hung up I guess. No message so far.

Called and quickly hung up before I could answer.

Yes, it is a telemarketing call offering a gift card. You folks probably signed up for something on the Internet. I downloaded an App called "instant rewards" one day ago, and now I'm getting calls like this. Beware.
