Big surprise, if you enter a random combination of numbers and letters is says your winning gift code has been verified and takes you to <http://www.biggerbidder.net/promos/index.php? ... urceid2=&email=> thinly disguised as Best Buy, inviting you to submit your email address and zip code.

On that page is a link labeled "I agree to this site's privacy policy..." (privacy policy is hyperlinked) stating the information they collect:
