I trhink the are fishing to grab access to your computer, and I don not know why?

I received a call this morning.. He said ''Your computer....'' and nothing more!

Got a call from this number saying I downloaded a file on my PC that is dangerous. I replied Really. So I suppose you ant me to let you in to fix it. They immediately hung up.

I got a call from this number while I was driving.  When I got to my destination I tried to call back and I got a message about the number. Not available, not connected. something like that. So I decided to check it out and found you.

I am French, and I got a call yesterday, that number is showing and telling me that my phone call was from Chicago ... I had no messages or anything else from them.

I got a call from this number telling me I been calling her boyfriend sounded like a recording I just hung up

A woman with a very heavy Asian accent speaking English, identified herself as "Katie Stewart from Windows," saying that my computer is "sending out warning notices" and that "Windows needs access to fix the problem." I hung up on her.

Caller ID only says "Chicago, IL."

Asian sounding man called and stated he was from the IRS and that I owed them money.....if I did not continue to talk to him, he was going to send the police and pick me up.  I told him I was reporting this number as a scam and to go ahead and send his police!

i got a call from this number and left a voicemail saying they are from IRS and are filling a case against me and they also left a call back number, 202-864-1675

I got the same IRS CALL!

Got a call saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Called back. Disconnected number.

got a phone call from this jerk that we had a law suit against us from IRS . call a number and talk to this person called justen davis and bring money to walgreens store right a way or they would send out a warrant for me..................  hang up if you get a call like this they even leave a message on a answering machine so we have prove of this the police wanted this kept so they can catch these dum people......

FAKE MICROSOFT CALL from 312-263-8267 / SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY PER ACTUAL NON EXISTENT VIRUSES - I played "Jack" along long enough to get him to say he was calling from Apple/MAC when before he told me he was from MicroSoft. Of course, "Jack" isn't from either. "Jack" is a scamming leach out for your money, pretending you have viruses to gain peer access to your computer, with your permission and then they F you over and charge your credit card a tone of money. Bad.

Hey, while I was typing this out "Kevin" at 518-792-9450 called trying to pull the same stunt. I asked him if he knew "Jack" he said he did. Hilarious. Strung him along as well. I had a lot of fun and made them angry. Maybe keeping them on the line saved some gullible soul from being their target.

Called , left message saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us.

Left the same message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit again us. Said they had been trying to get a hold of us many times.

Same message from the IRS, saying they had tried to call many times, and call them back at a different #.  I feel sorry for all the seniors out there who get really scared from this type of call, and they don't know how to check it out on the Internet. No telling what they gleen from you if you call their number back, which I'm sure a lot of people do call them back right away. SAD!
