Terry D is right go to ripoffreport.com and you will see many complaints. all the positive comments  are in fact Ben Narter. If you look the first one is from Jim Alberts and the next 3 are signed from supposedly different people BUT  THE DUMB*** FORGOT TO CHANGE THE HEADING, IT STILL READS FROM JIM ALBERTs!!  As I said I know his mannerisms and speach patterns (and spelling!) These are definetly him trying to dispell these negative comments. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! Go to ripoffreport.com and you will find his address and family contacts etc. Please put this guy in jail where he belongs.
