    Irritated
They call me from this number every night but there is never anyone there!  I do not have anything in collection that I know of and frankly I am getting pretty irritated by it all...especially since they are calling my cell phone!

Never heard of em, Dont owe them a dime. If they happened to buy some bill from someone else and mistook it for mine, that is their fault.

I have received several calls from 312-279-8300. Three in the last half hour. It only rings a couple of times and then they hang up. I have not picked up as I have no idea who it is.

I called them to clear up a $31.11 collection. They are VERY RUDE..They report directly to Experian so if you have even a $2 late fee it effects your Credit. Its a Hassle but you might want to check your Credit Report to make sure they are not placing false info on your Report !! The Company Name is BONDED COLLECTIONS

I just called them back twice and BOTH TIMES they just hung up on me.  All I said was, Someone called me from this number and didn't leave a message.  Then they just hung up the phone.  I say we all call this number over and over until someone calls them.

    Knows the law
Bonded Collection Corporation; 29 E. Madison St, Suite 1650; Chicago, IL 60602; Phone: 1-312-279-8300 or 1-800-326-6333; Fax: 1-312-279-8310.

They are breaking the law.  I just received a call from them for my wife.  I advised them that she was not available and offered a message.  The woman said she would try back another time.  I advised her that was not an option and that I wanted the name of the company and her name.  She id'd herself as "Mrs Tools" and the company was BCC.  I asked her what BCC stook for and she said "nothing, that is the name of the company."  I advised that no company (very few) are just initials, she refused the info and termed the call.

I called back and a gentleman (ha) answered the phone, refused to ID himself and again...would not give the name of the company and hung up on me!

So what did I do?  What any good collector would do (yup..that's right, 4 years in the business) and I skipped down the company found the correct name and called back.  This time I had to call the 312 number 4 times!  No one would answer.  Finally the (gentleman) did again but with an attitude.  I advised him that I would like a manager, he refused to ID himself by name but implied that he was the manager.  I told him that I had found the name of the company and I wanted to know why they were breaking the law by not disclosing the name when specifically asked...the man said "good job for doing your homework" and hung up.

I then called the 800 number, found the extension for their compliance manager and left them a message advising on the calls and my intent.

I have been been using Preferred Call Forwarding (*63 for those who have it) to send their calls to 866-901-3825.

Preferred Call Forwarding is a service bundled with my phone service that allows me to enter specific phone numbers to be forwarded to any number - but long distance charges apply if you don't use a toll free service. I turn it on and off (option 3) from day to day just to confuse them (and the other numbers added to the list). Also change the "forward to" number every few days and don't use any legitimate business numbers - dating hot lines are good.

same company as 312-279-8425. Annoying and if they're debt collectors, good luck finding debt on me as I don't have any and have a FICO score 780.

If you have the time, call the number, say nothing and leave the line open until they hang up.  Then do it again, then do it again, then do it again.  After about ten times--tell them you intend to tie up their line all day long, and be willing to do it.  Sometimes that gets you removed from the list-you're costing them money.

Got a message from this company asking me to please return Ms. Porters call.  I did, trying to find out who they were and why they were contacting me.  Would not give any information.  I hung up and they called me back, I hung up and they called me back and asked for someone other than me, I told them that was my cousins name and remove my name from your list.   We have no outstanding debt anywhere, so I don't know why they are calling our number...Surely they will repeat call, they always do... So annoying!

They represent all of the seventh avenue, tender filet, midnight velvet, ginnys, country door, and other related chains.
Good luck if you ever did have a debt go to them, because you can't pay it off even if you wanted to  -  they just won't answer the damn phone
