got a call from 312-327-9690 at 6:30pm on 12-3-07. There number came back from Chicago, IL. The odd part is I don't know anyone from there and I live in Southern California.

This number (312-327-9690) keeps calling me at all hrs of the morning when i am at work or in the evening when I am out to dinner. I too am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER but I guess registering for that was just a waste of my time

I answered it yesterday, it was in fact a telemarketer.

Just got a call from them.  Answered immediately and got a hangup.

this # called my cell, don't know anyone in Chicago anymore, have lived in the 'burbs for 40 years

they keep calling my cell too... I live in AZ and also have my phone registered with the do not call registry

this number keeps calling me throughout the day! if it's that important, leave a message. Otherwise...GET THE HINT!! i'm not answering the call. how annoying

Technology Institute?  I just called the number back at 5:54am LOL.  I figured whoever answered at this time of night, DESERVES to be woken up after unjustly calling my number.
