Anyone looking will never find the true identity of the caller. This number is owned by a company in chicago that routes forwarded numbers through their phone switch. This masks the callers true identity. The company is currently tied up in a court case (patent infringement) at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.

However you can complain to the owner of the company:

I keep getting calls from 312-348-1554, 312-348-1553 & 312-348-1545. When I answer the call there is no one there. I have tried call the number back and I get a recording for the  law office of a Arnold Scott Harris custom services center. They tell you to hold for an account rep.

Calls Calls Calls....but no one ever there.  Get lost....ever hear of Cease and Desist...filed and they STILL call.

omg  they are just so serious this is not a lawoffice there r fruadulente peopel and they need to be stopped
