Called and said my number has been used in illicit fraud activities  said his name was MrDavis

The message I received from this number ... "Hi, good afternoon, Mr. Davis, here" with the "Fraud Division" (what's that, whose fraud division???), "I show there's been no response to the state mandated notification here on your paperwork" "it is important I speak with either you or your retained attorney immediately" "you can just callback here directly at 312-423-6622 and one of the associates be glad to take care of arrangements, thank you"

Just got the same message, I did call back and told them not to dare call me again and that I reported them and how awful to do this to people! was a recording, but I know it's a scam, if who ever values their hearing...I better not hear from them again! Have had similar calls, I either scream or hung up, more mature to just hang up...

Received a call from 312-423-6622, but I did not answer - I let it go to voicemail (did not recognize)... no message, just a brief pause then hang up.  Spam most likely.

Called today around 11:30am, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Just another scammer I'm sure.
