same here, he's got a hispanic accent, etc.  Gives a fake badge number, with a real DEA agents name.  I said "I never lived there, I never ordered anything, I 've never had a credit card."  he says "oh really, I have agents in position, who will be at the position we have for you, in 5-10 minutes."  I said "This is totally a scam, its all over the internet,"  him "Ok,"

Claims to be Jay Bergman, Badge #1991 of the DEA, saying I am a criminal and my freedom is at risk, there is a warrant to search my home and I need to call back.  Called twice in 2 days.  Thick accent.  Not Jay Bergman - I actually know who he is and that he is 100% American with no accent.  SCAM.  Do not let them scare you, folks, the DEA does not call ahead....

    Me, too!
Just got off the phone with this joker. Fortunately, I know someone who had been put through this by someone using another name, so knew what the deal was.  They scare you first, then try to get money from you.  Totally not playing this game. He hung up in a huff, very insulted when I asked if money was involved, but since the 5 to 10 minutes have passed since law enforcement should have arrived at my doorstep, I'm guessing it's a scam.  I hope other people search this out before they are frightened and reveal info or lose money.  BTW, when I asked for number of head office, he gave me Washington, DC, 202-241-1605 (haven't checked it out yet, but he was probably looking it up on the internet).

Yup! Chalk up another person who got the same call from the same "DEA Special Agent" ... and who was transferred to 202-241-1605 (another known scammer). They tried to get $3,000 from me in green.moneypak gift cards from a local CVS (etc) within an hour. Just to make the whole thing even more ridiculous, as I found out later a couple of hours after I had received the initial voice-mail I received a call from yet another "DEA Special Agent" (202-552-1056 ... and yes, he's another known scammer) requesting my "cooperation" to help clear up the matter of some illegal drugs I had purchased on-line ... yeah, right!!!

I am SO glad other people have reported this guy who's calling and threatening to, "send agents to (my or their) home(s) to arrest them".., IF we don't pay him to put us on a do-not-call list!
    This guy is CRAZY.
It's bad enough that CVS pharmacy had a pharmacist who SOLD our Rx information, and this means that all of the online-pharmacies have called, repeatedly- like DAILY, to say the doctor wanted us to change our way of getting prescriptions (SCAM).  Now, there's this idiot threatening that, unless I (and others, I guess) pay thousands of dollars, to him-- ON THE PHONE(!!), he will have me arrested.
I said, "these people call ALL the time, and I always tell them to get lost, or i don't even answer."
He told me that someone (the online pharmacies?) are using my name to import drugs from other countries!
I told him I was on the national do-not-call list.  He said, "that piddly thing won't help you-  YOU are breaking the law!".  Now, I have NOT broken the law. Yet, he says if I don't PAY to have my name blocked, i will be arrested and I can, "take my chances in court!"/

I don't buy drugs from these freaks. So they harass me.  Then I have this jerk calling, saying that my NOT buying from them (he did say, 'buying from US" I asked- buy from YOU?  What do you mean?- he quickly caught himself and said, "i mean anyone") I am STILL breaking the law.  And, since I wouldn't "work with him"  pay him (!!!), I would be arrested.
I asked him to give me his information, again.  After he said, as a DEA agent, he could not hang up on me- HE DID.
    What a horrible conman.

Call from fake dea agent jon bergman, demanding $3000.00 in green dot cards. He was screaming on the phone to my husband, threatening arrest. I called local police, they showed, call the prep back. The officer filed a complaint, I called the dea and reported the crime. Would you believe the idiot called back this morning to demand money after the police know where they are?  I have now been calling their number back every hour, because I will not be afraid of these creeps who steal from anyone. It's been fun just calling them back over and over, letting them know this is one family they won't mess with. Please report any calls to the dea and your local police.

Received call claiming to be a DEA agent, giving badge #, and was calling as part of an ongoing investigation.  Refused to talk to him; told him that his number came up as a scammer.  As soon as I said I was going to call the Naperville police, he hung up.  Desk at Naperville PD stated he had received a similar call, Hispanic accent, and it is a scam.

Just got a phone call fro Special Agent Dave Bergman. badge 9971, with the DEA.  Telephone number 312-428-6094.  Looked it up on GOOGLE, and another scam.  Out for money.  The thing is, I have no idea how he got my number, and I have had it for years.  Claims I order Valium on the internet.  That's a big "NOT".  Anyway, when you call back it's not the DEA.  Some scam recording.  Beware!

I got a call from 312 428 6094 saying I was under criminal investigation by the DEA for buying drugs on the internet.  The name was Special Agent Jay Bergman badge #9971.  I looked it up and found this site.  I did not call back, my son is a NYC detective and I know the DEA would not call and leave a message warning me.

I just received a message from "Jay Bergman, Spec. Agt. DEA, bade #9971.  Thick accent and stated two drugs I had gotten online, neither of which I'd ever heard of!  I've been scammed since 2005 by people, some without accents and I'm pissed!  I see his name and badge # has been altered in different calls.  phone number 312-428-6094!  THIS MUST STOP!

Guy just called me and told me "I am part of a criminal investigation regarding prescription pharmacies on the Internet" and added that he's calling from the Chicago DEA office and not the New York one because of ongoing field investigations. I mean really....... Is this dude that stupid to think people are going to fall for that. I let him talk his shtick in his broken Latino/English accent as best he could and then calmly said, "just let me know where to turn myself in so I can face the charges".Once I said that he got UPSET stating agents will be at my work and home locations within 10 minutes. I said, "cool you will save me the gas and parking getting to the DEA headquarters". He got really upset then :) :)  :) smh, how amusing with my morning coffee :) :) :)

Don't these people know it's illegal to impersonate a law enforcement officer? I hope he gets caught some day, you can always count on Karma to bite you in the [***] eventually, he'll get his.
