has to b collection agency cause they call me everyday from this number an 3124706141 and they don't leave voice Message

Been calling a newly activated phone number of a child. Called and told them that and they hung up.

312-470-6174 is being used by Dversified Consultants (displaying RUBIN ORG on caller id) for making annoyingly persistent calls to an incorrect number.

This illegal and outrageous behavior of Diversified Consultants should not be tolerated. Diversified Consultants should be reported for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC Chapter 41, Subchapter V.

Thanks for great the tip about DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS displaying RUBIN ORG on some of their phones. It helped me a lot!!

I let my answering machine answer this call, and then  I called back because I wanted to be sure who RUBING ORG was, since it seemed a little odd, and it was true, a recorded greeting clearly said "DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS".

Multiple calls X 5 months - up to three calls daily, some robo call.  Also uses another 312-650 number with various extensions.  No message.
