Phone call came at 8:50 PM PST.
That area code is Chicago, so it was made
at 10:50 PM.  Not exactly bank hours.
I picked up the phone, but no one answered.

Called today, no message

I have received calls from this number a 4 times and finally, I was able to answer the call.  
The call is an automated keypad response survey call.  I cannot say for sure it is limited to Sears but, the call asked me about my Sears service call and how satisfied I was.

got a call, didn't answer it. Purchased a washer from them the other day so that's probably what it was about.

This number called us twice last night, at 5:58pm and 8:05pm. They did not leave a message either time. I too bought a large appliance from Sears last week. It probably was a follow up survey.

I missed the call on my cell phone. However, I just purchased a new stove from Sears.

Got a call from this number called it back it says it is a telesight call and was doing a follow up survey on my in house service call. Sears came out and fixed my fridge repairman said I might get a call.

Got a call on a Saturday at 8:45pm no message

got a call saturday and couldn't answer. no message. just got a call again and couldn't answer it but the voicemail was an automated message that got cut off and i still have no idea what it was for. i did recently just purchase a washer and drier from sears, so it could have something to do with that as per the other posts here.

Yes, I've been getting calls from this number after I had a repairman from SEars as well.

Got this call and think it is a survey from having my washer serviced yesterday by AES.  The service tech said that they would be doing a satisfaction survey.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number today, didn't get to answer it.  They left no message.  I assume it was a follow up to a delievery from Sears over the weekend.

We had Sears delivery here Saturday. I am sure it was about the "experience".No message left.

I received 2 calls from 312-640-2552 today & a couple of them a couple of weeks ago. I am registered on the DNC list but still am getting these.

I had Sears come over this week about the refrigerator so from I am seeing from others, I am assuming it is them but it is still very annoying
