This number has called me 5 times

They say they are duing a survey for CDC but I think this crap. This is a spam as far as I am concerned.

Doesn't seem like the CDC would have any reason to know if i had a landline telephone or not, and as a gov't agency you'd think that it would be easier for them to find out in some way other than calling everyone. I have no doubts that this is a scam.

over 10 calls from them and have no idea who it is

Recieved a call from this number notified the police.

I got my second call from this number this morning. This time I answered.... They did claim they were from the CDC.... I don't buy it either... I may try calling that number from a Private land line. Could this be a bad idea?

Had this number call me several times...too many to count.  Today first time was able to answer the call.  He wanted to ask me a couple of questions about immunizations.  Refused to answer and informed him that I am on a NO CALL list.  He said, " that because it wasn't a telemarketing sale, he could call me."  I then told him not to call me again.  He then informed me because he was calling on behalf of the federal government, that he would be calling me again if I refused to answer his questions.  I then told him because I said to stop calling that it would now be considered harassment.  Sadly, he still refused to back down.  He insisted that I answer his questions, but again refused to do so.  I told him that it is my right to refuse to answer any questions, he said it is, but again they would call until I answer these questions.  Needless to say after about a 10 minute exchange, we hung up and I blocked his number.  If it was a reputable "business"  then it would show it on all the searches that I did.

This number has called my NEW (repeat, NEW) Cell Phone number at least three times recently and I am sick of this and hang up as soon as I hear an automated voice.  I am registered on DO-NOT-CALL but regard that program as a disaster.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number, two days in a row. It's pretty disturbing to see what others have written about this number. I'm contacting my cell company to block the number. I'm also on the DNC list.

Like everyone else, I literally get a phone call every single day from this number.  The more I complain, the more calls I get.  I'm not sure who to report this to, because it is harassment at the very least.  They claim to be doing research/surveys for the CDC, but that under no circumstances gives them the right to constantly call you even after you refuse to be a part of it.  It is unethical for any surveyor to pressure a person into taking a survey.  This should be taken as a very serious scam/spam.

Crap.... I **just* hooked up my new cell (a Government cell phone, I might add) and got a call from this number.  Rec'd many calls from it on my old work number.  Crazy.  Need to figure out how to block it.

just got a call from this number and didn't pick up because i never pick up the phone for numbers i don't know. glad i didn't. Don't see why a chicago area code would call someone with a louisville kentucky area code?

I've received 3 calls from this number so far with no messages.  

I will be doing what I can to block this number, too.  Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous, and borderline harassment, pure and simple.

I am getting called on my cell by this unknown party and I don't like it; It is getting billed to me. I am on the "do not call" list for all my phone numbers.  I don't give out my cell number so I have no idea who this could be.

Got my second call tonight from this number.  I told the caller that I did not want to answer survey questions as it was costing me minutes on my cell phone.  I too am on the national Do Not Call list and I don't believe this guy was from the CDC.

they call all the time and i always tell them i don't want to be part of this survey and they should stop calling and using my minutes.  I am on the national Do Not Call list.  Maybe if enough of us complain they'll have to stop. To whom should we complain i wonder!

They have called twice and I shut them off immediately without answering the cell phone.  Why are they soliciting a cell phone. The DO NOT CALL PROGRAM is a joke.

They said they're from the Center for Disease Control and started asking somewhat personal questions.  At first they assured me that the info they collect is kept confidential, and I am not under any obligation to answer any of the questions.  But then when I refused to give my age, I was given a bad time.  After that, it was just time to hang up on this person.
