Got a call from an idiot who said he was from National Mortgage help, would not provide his name.  After pressing him, he said Benny.  Told him I was not interested and he began swearing at me, then continued to call into the night.  Just got last call from him at 9pm.

This guy called me and when I told him I wasn't interested he swore at me and told me he was going to call the sheriffs office and that I had no life

This company is a fraud, they will take your money and do nothing. Please beware. there is no contract and no written agreement, just sent them 1 house payment and they will take your money and do nothing.

This moron called at 8pm. Wouldn't stop the sales pitch long enough for me to get a "uh-huh" in. Tells me he knows exactly what I need to do. I ask "If you know exactly what I want, why are you calling me at 8pm while I am on the FTC Do Not Call list" He went off on a tyrant...said he was going to kill me, rape my wife, etc. Called me a N*****lover, which really made no sense. Not smart enough to spoof caller ID, the number goes back to his own voicemail. Says he is from the "National Help Center" - but I cannot find a business in Google under that name.

Acts pretty tough for a telemarketer that gets what...$8.50 an hour? I'm certain he is NOT endowed, if you know what I mean. What a douche.

Got a call from this guy. Very brash. I went along, then politely said I am busy and would call back later. Call ended and I googled the info he gave me. Turns out he is a scammer using a legit business name & website to get people to pay him.

This guy called me and did the same thing. He was very rude and hateful. I called him back and told him that Jesus is very disapointed in him for speaking to me that way and he hung up on me.

He will call you on the phone, call you names and threaten to sell your info. Awful person. Should be in jail.

I did too.  He threatened my life.  I am afraid to go home.

WOW!! This is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with! His name, according to him, is Ben. Not only did he threaten to put me on ripoff report,  he is so ignorant that he text a death threat to me! Every one that gets a call from this loser should report him and his company to the police. I believe he said the name of his company is "National Mortgage Help center"
It is almost hysterical, except he has a screw loose, which makes it possible that he might just do something.
Anyone that reads this post do yourself and the rest of us a favor report him to the local police and the police in his area.

This man called with threats regarding the 'sheriff" coming to our home and kicking us out this summer.  He said that the people we hired to do the modification were crooks and took our money and now we were getting kicked out!  He said that he only could help stop it.  Well, I told him that we had been working on this for over a year and that it was coming to a conclusion and all was well.  He started swearing at me and telling me basically that he was in the business for a very long time and that I was f--------stupid for the most part if I believed that the sheriff wasn't going to be here to kick us out of our home. I called the modification owner and he called this same man/phone number.  This "Ben" as he said his name was, but probably isn't...told him a bunch of the same stuff and even had the nerve to text him that "you are dead...two bullets thru the head"!  I called the police dept. and told them what was going on.  They read this Google report and others that have had the same problem and said that this "Ben" is obviously "off the rails" and to ignore him.  For all you others out there I guess that is all one can do.  Too bad that someone like this "Ben" prays upon those of us that have fallen on hard times and are trying to make corrections to get on with our lives, etc.  He thinks that threats (even death threats) will get him business.  All I can say is this man is obviously "full of himself" and a very sick individual.

Guy ran his mouth about sheriff coming to get us.. OMG..Come On.. Told this guy not to call.. but called back 3 times and we hung up.. Rude Individual .. Called my cell phone on an unknown number but left number on message..

The guy called me and when I refused his service he said "You are going to die, you hear me? You come outside and you are dead"

he called here out of the blue and said he could help us with mortgage. we went  and did what he told us to so he could help us when we found out it didnt work. he started to call us alo to herass us. and threaten us.

This  guy called harrassing me for not doing business with his company and then began to text racial   messages and threats to me.

got a call from this guy on my cell phone, he didn't identify himself or his company, the caller id said the # was restricted. He left a voice mail message and said I needed to call his office at 312-834-9489 that it was regarding unpaid taxes and mortgage issues and said something about the state police being involved. #1 my mortgage is current, #2 my taxes are included in my mortgage payment and I certainly not going to return his phone call nor will I give him any money. I will take other's advice and call my local police department and report him. I got something for him if he is crazy enough to show up at my house....

this guy named Den called to say he could help us get our mortgage payment lowered he kept me on the phone for 45 min i got a bad feeling and googled the number and low and behold  its a con i knew  it he wanted us to send him bank details etc he said he was a private company home based needless to say he wont be getting anything out of us he wants us to call him at 312-834-9849

you can get ready for more calls from his idiot. He called me a couple of weeks ago and left a voicemail message. After googling him and reading all of the blogs I didn't return his call. He called me yesterday nothing in voicemail message was professional, he used every nasty 4 or 5 letter word know to man and then proceeded to tell he would kill me and rape me.....Supposedly he is from Home Help Center...I blocked his number on my cell phone so he can't get through unless he calls from a different number. I probable will really make him mad when he finds out my cell phone is not accepting all calls from the number he is dailing from. I
Stay away from this guy.......and do us all a favor and report him to you local law enforcement agency. Death threats are illegal......

I rec'd 3 calls from this person named Ben. He said he was from some MTG CO. He was very upset that I would not let him help me with my family's MTG. He called us low life's, Screaming at the top of his lungs " I will report you to the MTG co and I will call the cops ... and more unpleasant comments. If you rec a call from this person Ben Claiming to be in the MTG Business and he can work wonders. Please Report him !!!! This person would not take no for a answer. !!!!! Thanks Concern Citizen

i received a call from this same guy. he said his name was ben mayer. he told me that he could get my forclosed house back from me. he said he worked for national mortgage help center. i was stupid enough to believe him. he is taking peoples money then living it up supposedly in vegas. i called the mortgage company and they informed me that he was a criminal that he didnt even work for them. he also goes by other names. he is ripping off people, cursing, stealing, money laundering, theft, and saying that you better pitch a tent because your going to be homeless when the day before he said he had everything under control. at the same time he kept wanting more money. his number he called me from is 312-834-9849. he is definitely a low, sorry criminal. anyone that reads this and you have had this character steal money from you lets all ban together and see that he goes to the big house. i have already started with the authorities to get this guy.

This Guy threaten us that if we did not give him free lead that he would put us on rip off report and he did. We are a reputable company and this guy is trying to black mail us for free leads. he also stated he would send someone it our office to kill everyone and shoot everyone in the face and called the person he spoke with racial slurs. He called about 30 times in 30 mins, he would not give hes name.
