WHO IS THIS! i cant call back and i can never know who is calling when i answer, its pissing me off

Got a call from this number on my CELLPHONE today. Answered and they spoke in jibberish. I said, "Beg your pardon?" and they spoke in more jibberish (sounded Iranian or something). I told them I could not understand a word they were saying. They said something else and hung up on ME! YOU CALLED ME! This is absolutely ridiculous! I am sick and tired of all these calls. Seem to be getting them everyday and when I block the number, they just scamble and call back on another one.  I have filed complaints with the FCC and the FTC and will continue until this stops.  I would suggest those also reporting these calls do the same.

Foreighn guy keeps calling trying to say he is from american law association. I put him on do not call list and he called from a different number.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. If it's important, they'll leave a message. I just got a call from this number, came online to look it up. I've read that some weird stuff happens to some who answer.

Keep getting calls on my cell even though I am on the do not call list.

This number has called frequently, all at different times, I have answered, but then they do not respond

just got a call from this number...312-900-3159-didn't answer....they didn't leave a message....it a scam anyway....I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

they called my cell my husband answered n they said goodbye n hung up. so unprofessional

I recieved a call from this number today.  I do not recognize the number so I did not answer it but,  I  see now from the list below i am not the only person they are calling.  Keep reporting. I try calling it back and it will not go through so this can not be good.  I am not sure of the name of the business.

Well same here they call and call never leave message, the hell with them.

Thanks so much for this site!  I just got this number on my phone today and, since I never answer strange numbers, I let it go to voice mail.  I added it to my collection of numbers from some company trying to collect a $38,000 student loan from me.  I left school in the early 1970s, so sorry.  All of these numbers go under the same DNA (do not answer) that has a crickets ring tone.

Also, received call 5/15/12...and looking it up, appears to be an EducationalLink from Chicago, IL...I am job searching and very careful to delete any automatically completed forms to 'take courses and have an advisor contact....'   I'm sure they're able to capture the information once it's automatically completed, and before I'm able to delete and hit the 'no thanks' button to continue to the job application.  

I've heard, that some scams automatically capture your cell # and PIN if you answer the calls...and I would think especially if 'jibberish' is spoken...like, keep you on line for 60 seconds to 'trace' your information scams...

I got a call on my cell phone this afternoon.  The caller asked for my son.  He spoke in a foreign accent.  I told him that my son wasn't here.  He said he'd call back later.  I really don't want him calling back.
