This caller claims he is from CASH Net USA.  They are using a Majic Jack device for their telephone.  They say they will loan you money but you have to purchase a Moneypak card.  They end up ripping you off for the amount you put on the card.  The one particular man says his name is James Murphy.  They are as foreign as can be too.  

Also too, they do not work for Cash Net USA.  This company has no one by that name working for them.

This company is a scam. It is not Cash net Usa. They are some indian idiots who make you pay all this money via green dot money paks and rip you off for the amount you pay. If you have an indian person calling you from a loan anywhere it is a scam so beware.

I was immediately suspicious when they told me they would give me $1000 at only $92 a month for 12 months to pay back. thats hardly worth a company to wait a year to make a few dollars especially after looking at all the loan sites who have %300 or more on the loans and this is only %10??? Besides the fact that I could barely comprehend the Indian man on the line when he told me I had to submit $89 then I hung up.

I called the Real Cash Net USA to advice them that I received a call from someone who said they were with their company.

They have no record of me on file requesting a loan, as I thought.

I called my local police fraud line and filed a complaint.
I also filed a complaint with FCC.
I also filed a complaint with FTC.

Wait and see what they can do...

Yes the Indian guy keeps called me claiming to be a representative from Cash Net USA.  I figured it was a fraud and this site confirms my suspicion.  He'd offered me a $5000 loan during the first call and a $4000 loan during the second call.  What a complete SCAM!

This number called me and it was saying they are from cash net USA and tht I been approved for a loan and tht I needed to send 135.00 on a greendot reload card and I did then they telling me I need to send a additional 198 dollars for the transfer and I get that back when they deposit the money into the account I told them I wasn't doing that cause that ain't what they said in the beginning I got scammed and I'm pissed off about it

RECEIVED A CALL STATING THAT I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR A MINIMUM LOAN OF $500. WAS TOLD THAT I MY PAYMENTS WOULD BE $165 A MONTH AND THAT I NEEDED TO LOAD $50 ONTO A MONEY PAK VOUCHER TO SHOW I HAD GOOD CREDITVAND THEN THEY WOULD DEPOSIT $500 INTOMY ACCOUNT. THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD SPEND THE $50 AFTER THAT. KNOWIBG THIS WAS A SCAM I THEN LIED AND TOLD HIM THAT I WORKED FOR THE DDALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WOULD BE SENDING POLICE TO HIS DOOR HETHEN STARTED TO GET LOUD WITH ME INSISTING IT WAS NOT A SCAM BEFORE I HUNG UP ON HIM.

I also get this call and they leave a message saying they are from Cashnetusa and i've been approved for money.

Indian man called my number asking for someone I didn't know - I told him he had the wrong number as we just got this phone number - he said "Last time I call, you tell me he was sleeping, now you tell me wrong number?"  I told him to not ever call my house again and talk to me that way - he proceeded to tell me that I have an outstanding loan and I need to pay, I will be calling and reporting this SOB to the authorities.  I called him back as he hung up on me, I told him to take my number off his spam list and never call my house and try to demean me again. He tried saying that I owed him money, I told him to take that to the bank. STEAMING RIGHT NOW

They called and said send 100.00 and then berped into the phone, hung up on them.

Justin Cooper called multiple times requesting that I put $75 onto a greendot card and give him the number to verify in good faith... should have listened to my gut... they got me.... the number that they called from is 312-912-8139.... an foreign man... I am sure his name is not Justin Cooper.

got a call from them while driving it went to voice mail the only thing that I could make out was " you've been pre-approved for a $10,000 loan and that I needed to call him back on that number right away . . . five minutes later he called back and my arms are full so it went to voice mail now it's since you own your homes and we want to offer you $15,000 to do with as you please "  ok where does the scam end cause I never called them but they sure keep calling me and cash net USA never called.
