    Started off as a robo call stating that it was a call for all com ed customers (I live in Naperville ...we have local city electric)  and that if I had not missed a payment I could be eligible for up to 15% discount on my Electric bill...to see if I was...press 1...which I did....after a series of transfers I was connected to 'MAX' "a sales representative of Liberty Energy" and I said Take me off your list and hung up. I've NEVER done business with them....

    so you have both a robo call, and an unsolicited sales call.
