Received this voice mail message when caller ID = A POSH PRODUCTI called.  What's interesting to me is that I don't enter contests, so am wondering how I "won" anything since I never entered?!  Readers: Go ahead and claim this "prize" but DON'T give them any money.  Note that there is no mention of who the company is, and that I'm a "finalist" (with how many other suckers??). Here's the message:
"Hello, my name is Jane, and I'm calling in response to an entry form that was filled out for a chance to receive a $25,000 home makeover or $25,000 in cash in lieu of our company's national direct give-away promotion.  Now we did have entries all over where you can simply sign yourself up to win and they did choose yours as one of our finalists.  So congratulations. Now just for reaching the final step as a give-away, you can receive one of the top gifts in the contest, if not the home makeover. So I strongly advise you to contact me here and I can give you all the details. My number is toll free: 877.659.0390.  Again, that's 877.659.0390.  I can assure you this is not a sales call, so I hope to hear from you soon.  And you have a great day."

I men name  Ben Frances called asking for other name person that mine.
He told he is from Law Offic3

Giving a reason that  this person...
Saying he will have problems.
Saying he commit fraud.
But I am not that person.
Then asking me about my relationship with this people.

The phone calls are a scam. There's no real case file as they do not provide either the number or details surrounding the case. (Both of which are required to be given due to the Freedom of Information Act.) You may see them pop up as "A Posh Production", which is a legitimate wedding company.

 I too was contacted by this company saying he was from an arbitration firm.  His name was Ben Frances and he threatened me with a law suit.  I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

Received a call from Ben Francis from Albright & Associates locating someone for whom i do not have contact with.  His number and extension are 312-945-5931 ext. 605.. He advised me via voicemail that the person (he did give a name of whom he is locating her name is Angela Alsip, case number 6472414 is about to loose her license, and told me that he needs her to call.

Now, this man is in violation of the FTC and FDCPA, which prohibits debt collectors from using practices to collect and/or give out any information related to the debtor...

recieve a call from Ben frances, but his Company is ligit, i did owe the debt and he had a legal right to call me.
