This is the Sears Survey number - if you have had a recent service from Sears, they want to know how they did.

Called and said that it was a collection agency with this number 312-951-1276???? and i know for a fact that there is no collection agency after me

I live in Tennessee and they called me.. this number is from illinois. I have never been to Illinois in my life. why would they call me?

I got two calls from this number as well, live in Kentucky, and know no one by the name of Gerardo Diaz who the number is registered to it seems.

Didn't leave a message, but I had just bought a Sears product, so it must have been a survey.
I had given them my Google Voice #, so I set it to go directly to voice mail.

Thanks for the information.  I just had service work completed by sears and they had my cell phone number.  So this must be sears calling me too for follow up.

Same here. I recently had service complete by Sears. Their headquarters are on Illinois so that explains the 312 Area code. They should a least leave a voice message.

They left a message that said if I wanted to continue in English, press 1, in Spanish, press 2.  I pressed 1 and it did not make a difference.  It kept on playing the instructions over and over again.

I also bought an appliance from Sears and just got a call from them.  I'd be happy to complete a survey but not if they aren't willing to leave a message.

I just had a washer and dryer installed yesterday.  They were calling to follow up with a survey.

You can't use the interactive menu through voicemail, it's just a recording.  You have to be directly connected to their number.

Yes, the 3129511276 is a Sears survey after purchasing a product. They called yesterday, I hung up, and then called Sears and had them put me on their Do Not Call list. Of course I got another call from them today. They may think it is a good idea to robocall all their customers cell phones, but I'm not going to be taking my business to them anymore because of it. Pretty annoying.

Just bought appliances from Sears.  The message got cut off.  After reading other reports, this must be the same thing.  I was told I would receive a survey call.

We also had our refrigerator worked on yesterday by Sears repair.  I suspect it was Sears who called.

Yes, it is a company running a survey for Sears. It's a waste of Sears' money. I have read a number of articles lately regarding the financial status of Sears Holding Corporation, parent company of Sears and Target, and there is serious talk of closing down Sears before the end of the year.
