This type of illegal and outrageous behavior of Diversified Consultants should not be tolerated. Diversified Consultants should be reported for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC Chapter 41, Subchapter V.

The number 904-694-3141 is a direct number for a "Mavis Tye" a so called compliance manager for Diversified Consultants, but she is just a stupid ass who doesn't know anything about collection laws and procedures.  Diversified Consultants is all over the ripoff report and is replete with complaints all over the internet.  Do not pay them anything, do not talk to them, they don't do anything except lie.  Thankfully, there are sites like the ripoff report, complaints board, etc. that do not remove posts, so that the company is forever deadlocked by the report, where not even God can remove it.  Companies such as Diversified would do well in a non-digital age, but now freedom of speech has a whole new meaning.
