Called cell and hung up.  Never answer numbers you don't recognize.  It just confirms there is a person on the other end, and they bundle your phone number with others and sell them.  If you listen to the recorded message and push the prompts they get even more money when they sell your number.  If you give them your social security number.....They open credit cards in your name.  Don't answer calls you don't recognize.  If they know you, and it's important, they'll leave a message.
