This number keeps calling my cell phone.  I want it to stop

It is apparently Ford Credit. Won't leave messages or respond to 'hello'. Call at all hours.

I am assuming this number is related to the 313-216-2043 number which is the debt collector for Ford Debt collector.
I have a pay as you go cell phone they keep calling and apparently the person that had my number before me probably forgot to pay their debt. If calls like these keep coming in, I will be getting a different cell phone with a different company. Let someone else have this.

I've been getting calls over the span of 2 years where they will call for 2 weeks each day, and then give up for a few months. I even answer and tell them the person they are trying to locate isn't on this phone number (I've had it for 6 years) and they still persist each day. This is Ford Credit and even calls to the main department telling them to take me off of whatever list they have me on doesn't work. I can't even block their number because they just call from a different line.

I've never bought a Ford and won't ever consider buying one because of this. Good job Ford, way to alienate potential customers because you are too stupid to take me off a list I don't belong on in the first place. If you've had a similar experience, I'd advise you to do the same.

who is calling me from this number

My payment is due on the first and I always pay on the 15th.  Can a credit agency call before you are 30 days late?  Anyone know the law on this?

It is Ford Credit calling the day after our payment is due (due on the 11th, they call on the 12th).  We do owe money, so it's a legit call.

I too keep getting calls from this # and they do not respond when I say HELLO.  It is very annoying to say the least.  Then I call customer service put on hold then cut off.

you can have your due date changed and that will stop this. They are allowed to start calling you when you become 10 days past due.

The number is ford credit. They call at any time of day and night it's very frustrating because I don't own a ford. When I answer with HELLO they don't respond back but if I don't answer the phone they leave a automated voice message.

I received a phone call from this phone number at 2:10 a.m.   YES 2:10 a.m. on my cell phone.

This number has continued to call me ford credit, I have asked to be taken off their list as I do not owe Ford anything as in a debt, they continue to call so I have now taken them to small claims court since they refused to my do not call and sent me no do not call policy

Its an automated call from Ford Credit, unfortunately when I answer it says, "You have a call," then immediately disconnects. I have been getting legitimate calls from them, but its rough because the auto hang-up count as a hang up to them, which CAN be a mark against me. So I just call up their main line, mention the auto call, then work out arrangements.

It used to be 30 days.  Now they seem to be down to 10 or 15.  I just don't answer.  Seems no protection for us public anymore.

The call is from a Ford Credit automated messaging system. They can discontinue the automated calls if you call the main customer service line and arrange for a payment to be made. If you have no connection with Ford then you will have to contact them to ensure that the contact information for the individual (they called you for) is updated.

The caller says they are with ford motor credit but when I call ford motor credit at the number on my bill they say they have not contacted me. Which leads me to believe this is a fraud call trying to obtain my personal identifying information.  If they call you do NOT GIVE YOUR INFO.  It is a scam!

I got a call today from them and I told them I already had a payment setup for this Wednesday to come out of my checking account thru Ford credits website. The guy said well we didn't know that and I said well Ford credit has known for over a week. good grief.

I have a payment scheduled thru fords website and this number still called me.
