Continuously calls and when I returned the call, the phone does not ring.  My timer continues to grow but there is no ring and no one ever answers.

Man with an accent claims to be with a company that can give me a fixed rate on my energy bill. Had my last name, phone # and address, (You can get that from the phone book). Said I was being rewarded for being an outstanding costumer. Wanted me to get my bill and give him some information. Said he would wait, and that it didn't matter how much time I took, he would wait on the line. (What company ever does that?)

After I talked to him for a few seconds, he asked which energy company I used. How could he know that I'm an 'outstanding costumer' if he doesn't even know what company I go through? lol, I could be a terrible costumer for all he knows!

I didn't give him any information.
