got this call but no one would answer when I said hello!.

Didn't answer, left no message.

Received an automated message offering two cruise tickets for answering a survey. Message was left on my voice mail.

They've called both my cell and my home phone.

rec'd call to my cell in the eve (6:49 Eastern Time). Out of state unknown caller. Only my friends and relatives have my cell #, and I am current with the "do not call registry for hm & cell #s.  I do not answer calls that I do not recognize (why should I waste my minutes and time?). They did not leave a message. I have begun to log these out of state calls by area code and there is a similar one ending in -4195 also calling me. Most cell phone plans allow you to block, I will do this or lodge a complaint as I am on the do not call list- my state has financial penalties!

313-307-4196 called me on my cell (I'm on the Do Not Call registry) and left no message. A week before this, a very similar number, 313-307-4199 called and did the same.

Reluctantly answered, and apparently i am fortunate enough to qualify for a free cruise.

Tele marketers... They should be FINE
