Get calls from 3133495731 and no one is there. Can't call back, no one answers

I am also receiving calls from 313-349-5731. I answer but there is no one on the other end. They leave no messages when i miss their call

Very annoying

This is some lady's home near Detroit, MI, where she tries to sell diabetic supplies over the phone.  She has multiple phone numbers and sometimes calls up to 8 times a day, as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m.  We have gotten so frustrated with her and even yelled and threatened her with legal action over the phone.  The calls have been going on for almost year now and I finally have had the phone company block all of the numbers she calls from.

multiple calls per day. no message left. Calls as early as 7:00Am and after 9PM. When you call back to see who's calling, there is no answer. What is up with that?

First call was from 313 349 5731 at Noon. Second call was from 313 349 5730 at 5:39 which I had on call blocker.
Looks like they're buying block's of numbers to continue to harass.

Multiple calls with no one responding eighteen answered. Irritating.
