Got call from 3134161100, guy with heavy foreign accent saying he was with Volunteer energy.

I work at a small business office, I answered the phone with our "answering message" and they hung up! I have no idea who it was.

I keep getting calls from 1-313-416-1100 everday and everyday I tell him not to call again.  The man has a heavy accent and says he is supposedly calling from Semco Energy and that I have money waiting for me.  How do I stop these calls?

We get frequent calls from 313-416-1100. They say they acll about a DTE bill. We moved away from Michaigan last August and don't use the DTE gas anymore. This is ridiculous and very disturbing. We told them not to call but I guess they don't keep up their files. Waht can we do about that?

this creeper kept on calling me asking me to give the phone to my dad, i told him he had the wrong number and he yalled at me. i then shut the phone in his face.being a girl and all, i didnt really know when else to do. he had a heavy forign accent and is a super creeper. noone answer him
