Calls multiple times a day. Either dead air or a busy signal when answered.

I'm on Do Not Call List all so and get calls from Accatel 4 or 5 times a week. Told the guy not to call me back that I was on DNC list and I still get calls. So I went to DNC and filed a compliant and also filed a written compliant. To get a written compliant form call 1-877-765-8388

Been rcvng calls continuously from this number and they say they are representing my gas company and want to put me in a program for a reduced rate, I've asked them tons of times to not call, that I'm on the Do Not Call list and they argue with me saying it's because they're from my gas company.  So I ask for THEIR number to call back after I verify they are legitimate with my gas company, they won't give it...then just keep pressing for my gas account and meter number.  I told them if my gas company gave them my information to pass on these savings, they would already have my number...they said yes but you need to verify it...i say, ok..tell me what it is and I'll tell you if that's it...he says....NO..it doesn't work that way.  I request a supervisor, he says "aaaaahhh... his name is Mike"...I ask for a number....he hangs up....  I've called my gas company, they have said this is NOT affiliated with them at all...and to not give out meter numbers or account numbers because they would then indeed be able to access your personal information registered to that account number....SCAMMMMMERS!!!  Accatel is a company that basically sells and "routes" calls....it's a way of getting around the DNC lists.....

Keep receiving calls from this number.  However, I do not answer.
