his person will not STOP calling, but the A**H*LE wont leave a message! WTF!

and then when you try to call it back the line says it's disconnected how is that if they just caled me

That is the idea, to make you call them back. So when you call them back you pay some amount for it. Tricky calls. Happend to me too.

Called at 4/14 at 7:46pm from St Louis, MO. Left no message, but then I just turn on my FAX to answer them. No bother to return to call them back. It will just comfirm to who ever that it a live number to them.

I meant to edit the date. It was 5/14 not 4/14

whoever this is just rings once and when i call back not in service, definately a telelmarketer or bill collector so i am not worried. Because if you can not be professional enough to #1, leave a message regarding the nature of the call #2: call from a legitimate #, or lasty #3: pertaining to #1, give details on how to get in touch with you, i don't bother with them.
