These people don't give up. I ordered a couple movies... and now they will not stop calling, and they will call from all different numbers. I have stopped anwsering My phone, because they will not give up. They call EVERYDAY. It has completely turned Me off from their company. I will not buy another movie from them.

I also ordered a couple of movies from these people and have tried to get off the list, but as Brandi said they don't give up.  I am on the National Do Not Call and I still get calls

This is no lie, I ordered movies (VHS) from them back in the late 80's when my kids were young.  They have called often ever since...They are like an elephant, they dont forget...AND they dont take no for an answer either...

I have learned the bakersfield, ca number. I have learned the somewhere in or number. These people have made me paranoid to answer unfamiliar numbers (which used to be fun). This morning I got 3 calls in a span of 20 minutes from this number, starting at 7am...on my day off. I checked the number on google and sure enough, THEY were back.
They started calling nonstop after I purchased 2 movies from them about 4 years ago. The calls just started coming multiple times a week.
At first I became annoyed. I remained polite but repeatedly told them no thanks. They kept on calling. Then I started to poke at them a little. More calls. Next I made a comment on how awesome it would be if their movies were good like Pixar's. Still calling. Then it became fun to just mess with them and ask them weird moral questions like they insist on doing in their films. One night while drinking with some friends they called. I proceeded to hand the phone around the room to see what kind of insults my drunk friends and I could come up with. We were very aware of our immaturity but it no longer mattered.  We were very creative, rude, and disgusting (never violent or threatening though). Nothing worked. It's like it never happened. This brings up the horrible conclusion that I may have to live with the fear of [***] family feature films or whatever for the rest of my life.

I keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone, I have not given them my cell phone number I am also on the National do not call list and now I am reporting these two numbers to our state as I am tired of them calling me. Thanks to you for the help....

You think calls to your cell phone is bad, I've been getting calls to my Skype number every day this week, and I live in Australia! (Which means the calls have been coming in between midnight and 7am.)  I have a Texas number on Skype so my family and friends can call me without incurring overseas phone charges. I haven't answered the calls; I just Google the number to see who it is, and then block it. Sooner or later they're bound to run out of numbers. I, too, made the mistake of buying a couple of movies from them several years ago. Never again!!

Un-manned auto-dial Telemarketer

They keep calling, will not leave any message and are annoying.  I have not ordered anything from them for 2 years.  I did previous order movies for my grandchildren.

These people are relentless.  I bought movies from them now they call ALL the time, sometimes four times a day.  They also call from 805--309-5511.  I have told them repeatedly that I do not want anymore films and am cutting costs.  They will not take me off their calling list and will not take no for an answer.  I don't answer and if I do, I let my three year old talk to them and confuse them.  They are annoying and I will not buy another movie from them.

I too bought a couple of movies about 4 years ago when my step-grandkids were young. I have NO young people in my life at all and no longer wish to purchase their product. They call multiple times a day from different numbers so now I never pick up unless I recognize the #. I too am on the no call list!!

I have not purchased movies from this company since 1990, and all of a sudden there are 3 calls a day.  Usually caller ID says family films, but today it was customer svc fe.  I am on the do not call list, and have been ever since it came out, and I renew it every couple of years.

I ordered movies when my granddaughter was 8, she is now 21.  I remarried, moved and somehow
they found me.  You are right calling, one right after another and from different #'s.  I have requested to be called only once a year, but received another call w/n a few months.  How to get rid of them is the ?
