I got a call from this number and when I let voicemail answer there was just static left as a message. My caller ID identified the name as Kae. Don't know who this is and don't know anyone in Missouri!

One more call that proves the "do not call" list is a joke and waste of my tax dollars. And one more to block.

Like the others listed - "KAE".  Gotta be another scammer or whatever.  

Was someone asking if me or a loved one suffers from a substance abuse problem. Suffer from?? More like revel in!!

Spending hours on line griping about them does not stop this.

Telemarketing has to be stopped. Hanging up on them does not work, yelling at them does not work, writing long diatribes on line does not work.
I love talking to telemarketers, I try to keep them on the phone as long as possible. I start doing the dishes, cooking, cleaning my house. That way they are not wasting my time.  I pretend I am interested in their products, they won't hang up if they thing there is a possibility of making a buck.  I have talked to some for over an hour! I got lots done. I like to think I am saving hundreds of other people from getting a phone call from them because they are talking to me.

It is important for us to waste their time, because that is the only weapon we have against them. If enough people did this they could not stay in business. They would not be able to find the suckers amoungst the people like me. Don't do them the favor of swearing at them or hanging up. That is how they screen people They rely on people cursing an hanging up. Waste their time and end telemarketing forever.

The people that call are from call centers, they feed leads to the businesses. When I pretend to sign up for their services maybe the businesses have to pay a fee for the lead. So we can cost them money by pretending to accept the service. This is the only thing they understand, if telemarketing wasn't profitable they would not do it. People can stop telemarketers simply by talking to them. I make appointments withe alarm companies and they come out and I waste even more of their time.
So much so that they have put me on the do not call list.

This is a telemarketer, or otherwise unwanted caller.
