Call on 4/8 stated they were civil procedures and needed to deliver legal documents,  Could/would not explain documents. Informed them not to call back unless more descriptive.

4/9/14 got message of a call to a relative looking for my spouse. Same story. FBI agent Tommy Williams bla bla civil procedures... He asked who he was speaking with and how he knew my spouse. If you are the FBI would'nt you -
A. Know who you were calling.
B. know my spouses address and phone number
C. Serve legal papers by mail instead of calling unknown numbers and phishing for information.
Scam artists if i ever heard of one

4/9/14 - called mobile phone; left no message.  I tried to call it back, no answer....just rang until I hung up.

Scam artists threatening ...Want to know if  and when I will be home to be served with papers. However, they are not explicit with any information. Many different calling...old, young, etc. I laugh out loud!!!! I was told there is not any way to trace these numbers...I'm still laughing! I have a book and can trace...still laughing. They need to go to school and get a life...sorry for them!

I got a call, on my cell phone, from Tracey from the number indicating that someone will be at my home tomorrow between 8 AM and 4 PM to deliver legal documents via a courier.  When I began to question Tracey she could not supply a name of the original sender only that I had to be home to accept the legal documents.  I indicated that the police department and the Federal authorities have already been informed.  I cut the conversation really short as she was on a fishing hunt for more information.

If this is a debt collector. Realize that debts are unable to be collected after 7 years. BUT they can continue to harass you indefinitely. Unless you make a payment - then that reactivates the 7 year timeline for another 7 years- only if you do not actively pay on the account. They can contact any and everyone in your family and will. If you pay it in full there is still a chance that your old account will be turned over to yet another collector and still do the same thing even though it has been paid off. Even relatives of someone after you marry again are not unlikely to get calls looking for you. Embarrassing? You bet. Low life scum of the earth.. hope you choke on your own ____!  I don't care what

I'm getting the same calls and they are asking me to variety my ss# so it's obviously a scam or debt collector. Don't give out anything!

Getting the same calls about legal documents to be mailed. Worked in the legal field for 40 years & service of documents are not done through mail

My word to the wise. Do not answer unknown calls like this. If it's important, they will leave a message. If you do answer calls like this, hang up as soon as you realize what is going on. The longer they can engage you, the longer they have access to your phone and it's contents so they can hack it. Then find some way to block the number.

These people are extremely annoying.  This time when they called, the minute I said to them that I have reported them to the FBI, the Attorney Genreals Office in their area and their local police department as well as the same here in my area, they hung up.  When I called back to speak to the the rep, the phone just rings out for about 10 rings and hangs up.

I have been called on 4/11, 4/14, and 4/15 (today) by this number. They always call around 10 AM. I actually called them on a landline today as they we calling my cell phone. They did not answer the phone (at least 15 rings) and they did not leave me a voicemail. Sure seems "phishy" to me. My cell phone has a nice little feature to block specific numbers. I believe I will be activating it today. If it is a legit debt collector, I imagine they would be more forthcoming with information to help clear the debt account.

I actively have my attorney working on these people. I'm getting calls from them once a week saying they are trying to have an officer deliver me paperwork, but never verify any info. He then proceeds to give me a case number and number to call for a GM Management. I believe this is a debt company. When I called GM and advised him to call my attorney he said he didn't deal with attorney he only deals with criminals, then hung up.
