they call a lot but I haven't answered it

I was suspicious about this number. I comes up Charter on my caller I.D. I called the national headquarters of Charter to check on this number. It is a Charter affiliate near St .Louis, Mo. It is merely a sales pitch to try to get you to upgrade your service. Next time they call they are going to get an ear full from me. If I wanted to upgrade, I would call them.

This number calls and the caller I'd says Charter. I've answered to a dead line every time. Stop wasting my time!

I have been getting calls from this number for several weeks, looks like it's Charter.  I am payee for my disabled brother, they have conned him in the past to upgrading his service, which he can not afford.  He has the mental capacity of a 10 year old & are taking advantage of him.  They have started to call me, & I told them he's not going to change his package & to stop calling.  Now they call & say nothing, I have had to have their calls blocked.  This doesn't say much for this company, taking advantage of the disabled.  Shame on you Charter!!!

No msg., just call, & NOTHING; glad 2 know it's CHARTER, though!

They call several times a day, always a dead line on the other end.  It comes up as "Unknown" on my caller ID.  For the last week, I pick up the phone and hang it back up. Charter is so annoying - all those ads on TV talking about how great they are and we don't even have On Demand available in my area.  Wish I had other options!

I had Charter, when we moved we called them. I'll never forget the two installers telling me that they could not run cable to my which is with earshot of a sub division.

Annoying as heck.  Receive 3 to 4 calls a day, but won't leave a message.  Do Not Call apparently will not block this one.

This number is calling me but not sure who is calling so do not pick up.,but now u say its Charter but dont know why they would be calling me cause we have all the change over from Century done..

They call us twice a day. Answered the first time they called and they would not say anything. So now when I see the number on caller ID I pick up and hang up.
