Person keeps calling me everyday and the times I have picked up, they hang up. It's really annoying, they call really early. I have no idea how they got my phone number, I live really far away from this area code.

Same as above! Very annoying! Called early in am awaking my young children and myself! Whoever this # belongs too should be criminally prosecuted!

its the local news, if you take time to pick up the phone and answer it you'll know their trying to sell newspapers, tell them your not interested jeez. i actually feel sorry for them, their just trying to make a business i guess, if they ask for your credit card dont give btw,maybe their really the local news or some scammers but doubt it

Thanks, Bob! I have been getting the same forne calls too. I'm glad that you posted. After reading your post I tried to return the call but the automated stated there was no one to take my call and the voice mail was full. I will answer next time and just tell them that I'm not interested. Thanks!

My call came at 06:13pm cst. The caller ID just said Local News. Since I live about 800 miles from area code 314 I knew it wasn't our "local news" so figured it was for a subscription to papers or newspapers. I just didn't answer. Some times I answer & ask to be taken off the list other calls I just ignore. Just depends.

This is really annoying, they call non-stop. They call at all hours of the day and night. No regards for time and who's on the other end of the line. I wish they'd be fined for the amount of calls they release throughout the day. When I do answer, they hang up.

This is a company selling discounted local newspaper subscriptions. No matter how many times I answer, there is never anybody on the line and it hangs up. I finally called it back and it walks you through the prompts if you want to be removed from the calling list. Hopefully the calls will stop withinf 48 hours as the message say's. Good Luck!

I thought when you entered your phone number in the do-not-call database these types of calls would stop.  The calls are non-stop, all day, every day.

Caller ID says Local News.  I received calls from them about 3 times a day for the last two weeks.  I finally picked up the call.  It's from a salesman trying to sell me the local newspaper (LA Daily News) at a discounted rate, which I just cancelled. I told him I'm not interested.  Next time they call I will just ignore it.

this call keeps coming from some sort of publication which I have no idea about and have never subscribed to and when I call the number the prompts are so ridiculous there is almost nothing to do about this...........have reported them to t-moble what is the next thing to do here........district attorney's office?

annoying to say the least.  Do anyone know how we can fight back against these constant unsolicited calls the do not call registry is a joke.

I get this call all the time and I am so annoyed by it. I am wondering what good this is doing though because no one posts their phone numbers and I'm not going to, that's for sure.

It's called call blocker. Because I gave up telling them do not call my number any more.
