For the past week I've been getting calls early in the morning around 6 am or 6:30am from 314-963-8895.  Now they are calling me throughout the day, several times a day. As soon as I say hello, they hang up.  I've called the number back and no one ever answeres.  I am so sick of them calling me specially in the morning.

They are scammers..They just called here about an hour ago. The lady told me she  is with the newspaper in TX. How they have this great special for 8 days and so on. I told her we don't read the paper. So she asked why. I told her we just don't have time. Then she started pushing the Sunday paper. I then told her we work weekends too. So then she told me we can get it for coupons. Yea right what ever.. Then I told her I don't use them. She was not too happy and hung up. lol

Any how, if you have call block just block the number. You don't need to have them in the caller ID to block it. If you don't know how to, just call the phone company or go to their site..

how do you stop them i asked them nicely to stop but they are so wierd they are barking up the wrong tree itrs time to get the law involved and get some charges brought up

It's a company called Pisa, they got your number from your local newspaper company!!

Call this number and ask to be removed from their list:
(314)845-2825

The process takes 24 to 48 hrs for you to be off the calling list.

Yep - they called me too. ID said "NEWS"

Thank you Adam G, I called the number to ask to be removed and they said they would do it. I'm hoping this puts an end to it as I am registered on the FTC do not call list but have gotten lots of calls from this number. I told the woman that and that if I continue to get calls, I'll have to file a complaint with the FTC. She apologized for the calls and said my number would be taken off their list.

This person keeps calling and hanging up on me and i am scared. i dont live in the same state as this number. i dont know how they got my number. But they keep calling and wont stop. But this person is really scarring me!! Please stop this person please!

Daytime calls approx. twice a month to my cell.  Cell number registered with "No Call".

These people have been calling me at lest 5 times a day for the last 3 weeks.  I called the number to be removed and they said they would take care of it immediately.  I don't even pick up my phone anymore because they have called so many times it is really annoying.

called 10/9 and 10/10 in the evening and 10/11 at 8 AM.  I imagine I will be getting another call tomorrow.  Strange, since I thought my number WAS on the national do not call list, and I don't think I've gotten a sales call in several months.

I get calls from this number morning, noon, and night, 7 days a week.  I'm on the Do Not Call list.  I don't subscribe to the local PAPER, and I don't live in Texas or Missouri.

My phone number is registered on the DO NOT CALL Registry, yet I am getting calls from this company. What can I do about this?

This number 3149638895 called me today.  It registered as PAPER in my phone.  The lady said the Syracuse Newspaper is offering $20 gift card you can use at P&C, Wegman's but you have to pay $5 for newspaper subscription for 13 weeks.  

They asked for my name and address. But I was very hesitant to give my credit card information because I am afraid they are SCAMMERS! Luckily I did or they might have ID thefted me already.  

They lured me to the $20 gift card.  But towards the end it sounded fishy when they were being very insistent especially when I do not know them at all.

At 9:07AM CST, I received a call from 314-963-8895.  I didn't answer.  No voicemail.

this number calls every day at least 5 or 6 times a day,but i dont ever ans. it,as i read on computer it is a scam

they called me at 10:12 am, march 7th, 2009.  annoying.  they don't leave a message.

They're pretty persistent. Tip: If you have AT&T Wireless, add the feature "Smart Limits for Wireless". For $4.99/mo , you can actually BLOCK up to 15 phone #'s from calling your cellphone, even if they use the same phone # and decide to get slick and mark it a private #, it won't fool the call block feature, but it will only work if they call from the same #. For your land line phone, contact your local phone company and add call blocking to your account. This should take care of it. Worked for me :-)
