Claim to be IRS and I have tax fraud against me.   liars!

Tax fraud scam. The IRS never calls people, they send certified letters.

Get automated calls saying they are litigating some type of tax fraud case against (never says exactly who they are looking for by name)...I know for a fact I do not owe back taxes on anything...IRS sends real papers to people being litigated...doesn't make these type of fraudulent calls or intimidate people on the phone.

I got the same kind of vague call. Got to be a scam! August 25, 2016

Keeps calling saying I am going to jail!

Called twice today.  First time it was a scam about back taxes owed.  Second time said I was going to be arrested for 5 criminal complaints unless I returned the called.  Forwarded the telephone number to local police department.

Called a few days ago - telling me I'm going to be arrested on 5 criminal charges unless I called them back.

Just joined the club, they wont send a letter through the mail because then they would be guilty of interstate mail fraud, that why they call.
